  1. Hi All,
2 pairs had already been taken thru’ my email.

Kindly note that all requested items will be either pick up at giver’s convenient venue or via postage whereby receiver will need to pay for this.

    Any more requests for these?

    Cheers… Dolly

  2. I have a few sets of glasses without frames ? Any interests?
I know many organizations like the Lions Club, etc have contacts who are able to put them to good use for their overseas third world projects.

  3. Hi All,
4 pairs left to be blessed – Any takers.

    Hi Charles,
what do u mean by glasses without frames har? Very chim leh

    Cheers
    Dolly

  4. Dolly,
    Available for giveaways …
I have 2 sets reading glasses complete with frames and 5 sets (also reading glasses) without frames ie. only lenses. For the later, one need to go to an optical shop to have them fitted with frames before they could be used.
The lenses range from 100 – 250 degrees.

  5. Alamak!

I just wondering the first donor got 10 pairs and Charles got two pairs and 5 sets of lenses… Hey, how come you fellas got so many, meh?

I got a friend who has seven pairs: one in the car, one in bathroom, one at the TV, one in the plane he pilots, one with his wife, one on him and one spare!

Charles, how do you use the lenses without the frame…you tape them to your eyes?

  6. Jahat, jahat Kenneth.
Suggests any guy willing to take over Charles’ reading glasses to take the 2 framed pairs, hopefully they fit of course. The frames must be expensive.
Better still, ask for the one he is presently using. :)

  7. Aiyoh Daisy!

Siapa yang jahat? Now you want Charles’ specs… what’s he to do?

Haha, someone was asking me why there are so few comments… I said that it’s because 90% of SHCs are inactive and don’t post comments or their views.

Can I just irritate some of them to action…just like you?

  8. Charles

Why on earth do u have the lenses of different deg without the frames ??? – ” The lenses range from 100 – 250 degrees ”

If u have a Optical Shop – please do offer “free spec of your choice” to us – I will be the first to “Kee Chiew” and pick what I want !!!! Heheee

    karen

  9. Enchik Kenneth, no lah, I don’t irritate , I only tease.
How can I irritate when Charles is so nice to offer his well kept and personal belongings.
Me now, after learning no attachment, I have learnt to buang things I don’t need but there’s still a lot around lei….

  10. Adoi, Nyonya Daisy

I meant initiate not irritate…my fingers and eye co-ordination problem…or is it my brain??
Haha, we all have many things we don’t really need but sayang to buang…
But, have you ever thrown away something which you you thought you won’t need, and then the very next day… Help, where is it?!!

  11. I don’t think so, Kenneth. That’s why there’s still a lot around. Ha ha ha……

Better get off now otherwise nanti kena maki cause we piggy backed on original intent of post. It’s a long time since we last met. Hope to meet up again soon. Take care.

    Happy sharing everyone!

  12. Dolly,
I am puzzled. What is the meaning of the word “blessed”?

For members who have other things to recycle, what is the procedure?

    Terence Seah

  13. Terence,
The word ‘blessed’ – in my own definition meant that these things will be out free by the giver. The taker in return hv the full ownership to these givena and can be recycle to others if they wanted to.

Of cos, the giver will not hv the responsibility to deliver items personally unless they wanted to. Usually they usually self collect agreed upon or thru postage.

So can I use this word har?

  14. Hi All,
Whatever the SHC members had requested, are already being either collected or waiting for posting.

Whatever balance qty, I will be posting in another site to find new ownership,

Hence, the post is closed for further comments.

Many thanks and best regards… Dolly
