  1. My sentiments exactly.

Relative to Singapore, you literally have the pick of the Pacific Austra-Asia Rim excluding Japan.

The best combination is to work here and retire in a RV abroad where you can band together to stretch your dollar. Why RV? Financially most people will be on fixed income after retirement and ideally need a secured inflation-proof lifestyle arrangement till death do you part.

Don’t believe those who says you HAVE to work out your last days. Live to live; don’t live to die. You’ve earned it.

  2. I am a new member. I am very interested in living cheaply short term in Thailand, Malysia, Hainan or other parts of China, Philippines, or Indonesia for under S$1000 a month, for periods of up to 3 months or so, with easy access to medical and modern facilities. I’m 60 yrs old, male Chinese, still working fulltime, but can retire at short notice. I’m much inspired by Terence Seah and Vincent Khoo on their experience living in Thailand and hope to meet up with them and learn from them. Thank you.
