One Day Free Tour to Nirvana Memorial Garden plus Vegetable Farm

Hi all,

Not sure if anyone have heard or even been to this tour before.  This tour has already been organised by many RCs and CCs.

I have this lobang to visit Nirvana Memorial Garden plus Vegetable Farm for free.  Transport, vegetarian lunch and drinks are all provided.

Eunos CCs will be having one on 10 June 2012.  If anyone is interested, you can sign-up at the CC.

But if we have enough people here that are interested, say 30 pax, we can have one of our own.

If you are keen, please indicate your available timing here and we can see what the best timing that suits most of us.

  1. Interesting but I don’t think at this moment I want to prepare for my after life and visit a luxurious 6-star grade, modern columbarium. I have already visited it virtually at nirvana.com.sg :)

Maybe I will buy my luxury ‘condominium’ 15 to 25 years later. However it is interesting marketing concept although it is a taboo for most people to talk about or invest in it.

If my memory does not fail me, I saw a promotional ad that you can invest in it as the title is fully transferable. It may be good investment if you have no taboo about it. :)

  2. Hi Dorine
Thank you for sharing this lobang with us. Could we have more details eg is it a half-day tour? Time? Pick up points? … etc
btw, is the Eunos CC within walking distance from the Enos MRT stn? TQ.

    Hi Steven N #1
Niches are getting VERY expensive (esp those at eye level). Better to buy one earlier than later. lol!

  3. Hi all,

Sorry to inform you that the places at Eunos CC are full. Just a day publication and are all taken up. Different races with different religion registered. The lady at the CC who is a Muslim helps to coordinate the tour. I tried to request for an additional bus thinking that Nirvana will be most happy to have more people. But then he couldn’t because there is a budget allocated for each trip organised.

Why many RCs and CCs are willing to organise this trip because to them it is just purely a one day trip just like those which they organise regularly to fruit farm, temple, mosque, DoDo fish ball farm, Seng Choon egg farm etc. Further all expenses are fully paid with lunch. Just like when you go for trip to Bangkok, Europe, etc, you will brought to temples, churches etc.

Do relax and enjoy this trip!

  4. Hi Jassmine,

    11.30 am Nirvana Site Tour
    12.30 am Lunch

  5. Hi Dorine,

I think Nirvana will be more than happy to have more people visit them as this should be part of their promotion.

I remember a few years back you can get a free trip – 2 days 1 night (all expenses paid) to Palace of the Golden Horse at KL provided you agree to listen to a 2 hours presentation for a time sharing program. If you do not listen to their presentation you will have to pay the agreed expenses.

Just wondering if we have to listen to a presentation by Nirvana?

  6. Hi Steven,

Actually I have not been to the trip yet but their agenda I am sure is pretty obvious whether to the host or the participant, there is no doubt about it.

But remember there is this class 95 FM advertisement using he game tennis and driving lessons “Only Hear the good things”.

Take home what you want to do and hear and leave the rest behind.

    Hope this helps.

  7. Hi Dorine #4

Thanks for the programme. For people with no interest in fengshui, the one and half hr long talk is a turn-off. But i suppose got to tolerate it for the opportunity to see this tranquil place of eternal repose and the veg farm…hmm

  8. Hi Jassmine,

Thks. If I do come to know of any other CC organising this trip, I will let you know. Some CC charges about $2 to minimise no-show.
