  1. Hi Malcolm/Lily,

I just checked out the given weblink.

Found that the more appropriate weblink should be these:

For the Wheely Cycling part => http://jbartsfest.com/jbs-wheely-fun/

For the (Treasure Hunt) Heritage Race part => http://jbartsfest.com/heritage-race-season-2/

And for the cycling “AREA” or map of “ROADS”, I think see this weblink is better => http://maps.google.com.my/maps/ms?msa=0&msid=216672287334634973155.0004bb081fadb295bfae9&hl=en&ie=UTF8&t=m&ll=1.460294,103.759775&spn=0.015015,0.018239&z=15&source=embed

Hope that the above additional links will make it easier and will help provide more info to any SHCian who may be interested to participate.

p/s: For the cycling route, perhaps you should give the details too….such as road names, distances, pit-stop points, water-points, toilets location, medic stations etc….

  2. Thanks Ivan for the links.

Lily, Appreciate very much the assistance in posting.

Will try to obtain the cycling route but to my understanding it is around the heristage sites commencing from Bukit Timbalan.

  3. Great for the support. Please note as registered cyclist the lunch is FREE and you will also have the opportinity in the lucky draw to win prizes including a Mountain Bike.
As mentioned the roads around will be closed to traffic from 0630hr on September 17 thus it is like riding around our PCN. Look forward to more entries………..

  4. Hi Malcolm #4,

I appreciate your initiative to invite SilverHairsClub members participation, with what you are doing for Malaysian tourism. I take this opportunity to add that such invitations are in line with our aims and interests of Corporate members.

I noted that Lily Ho has assisted you with getting this up; do consult her if you cannot get through me. The Post is under your name; so feel free to make this event successful and beneficial to members. I have to say your deals are indeed well crafted.

I encourage more members to join this program, and we can look forward to more such activities from Malcolm whom I understand does promotional work for Malaysia tourism, both West and East Malaysia.

Firstly appreciate very much your ardent support and secondly am glad you enjoyed the trip, so did I tremendously especially been the first time cycling amongst 2,000. It was also very fortunate we were able to get the bikes there and this definitely makes cycling in Johor without much hassle of bringing our own bikes. Yes there is another RR event Oct 6 (Sat) & 7 (Sun) 2012 Is one interested?
