You are allowed to bring your adult friends who are non-SHC members (please get them to join SHC club, too)

Date: Saturday, 13 April 2013
Start Time: 4.30pm SHARP
Duration of walk: approx 2hrs
Meeting Place: Pasir Ris MRT, Control Station

From Pasir Ris Control Station, we shall walk towards the path of the Tampines Park Connector alongside the Canal. The route to Tampines MRT Station will comprise of three parks viz Pasir Ris Town Park, Tampines Eco Green and Sun Plaza Park. These parks are varied and have its own characteristics of greenery and leisure. However it is a flat terrain walk throughout and the only challenge is the harsh heat during this time of the year if there is no rain.

So do dress comfortably with hats, umbrella, drinking water, camera, sun block and walking sneakers.

We shall end the route at Tampines Central. There are shops, eating outlets and a foodcourt for dinner choices.

    Yes, this will be my first monthly walk which I have been wanting to do n hope I do not have to cancel for some reason.

    Hi Serene and Alice,

    Dave and Zawiyah Pittey are my gym buddies. They have signed up SHC members. However, they were having problems registering the monthly walk, hence, I requested you to added their names (with their knowledge, of course) to the walk. Kindly add their names to your compiled list please. Thank you.

    Many tks for the photos and grp walks I enjoy as new SHC member , including Tampines corridor. Will there be a walk this Sat 11/5 morning @ McRitchie to Bukit Timah ? I was trying to find the post to register , but cant find any post or link on SHC site. Pse register Serene Ho and Noelle Tan , also SHC member for McRitchie walk. Rgds, Serene
