The weather is not too friendly during this time of the year. I think we should not wait until next year to plan some activities. This self help Silverhairs club will be very impt to many many lives in years to come. We should start now to form a committee for some activities. Please put up your hand. All can help. Hi, This is Gibson. Just a few comments – House rules.
First of all, Identification of sexes!
When we post our comments in the forum, the basic rule is to identify our self, whether we are a man or lady, for some time it is very embrass to address someone wrongly especially when some of us who prefer to use our chinese name, and many of us, especially me is just not too good in identifying the sexes just on name itself! On the other hand, we also do not like to be address wrongly as well. So help me or us to know you better.
Secondly, Let us know are you still presertly employ!
Whether be it fulltime, partime, or about to retire, etc. As where you work is optional.
Thirdly, Let us get to know you better – your age.
We will like to know your age too, a compliment to all who reviews in the earlier forum especially the ladies, no more secret now as when you are younger especially our lady silvery hair members. Feel comfortable for we hope we can share more interest especially when age is concerns as well but we do not rule out the those that are younger or older.
Fourthly – Let us know roughly where do you presently stay, eg: I stay near Ang Mo kio ave 10 near Gm factory. or Jurong East near the Sport complex.
This will give the organizer an indication they are organizing activities where locations is concerns and give consideration for travelling time or the late hours to get home safely.
Hope we all can do it without any pressure, remember this is the portal to share with your knowledge, skills, interests, and hobbies etc and hopelly we all can walk this Silver Hair journey with friends where we have come from all walks of lives with some common interests together.

For any thing to take place and effective, to have ideal result, much energy, efforts and times are contributed into proper planning, there is no short cut about this and we all want good result, let’s be realistic about it. So don’t wish for the best if such concerted effort is not put in together.
On the other hand, from the many forums that was posted,I can see most of us is very modest about ourself especially when each one of you put downs your area of sharing, you are couple with virture in humanity, that is good.
Rest assured, (Terence will agreed with me) that we all made mistakes even at this age, but as we journeys forward in what ever we put our hand in, and most important of all, we have room for mistakes and improvements so volunteer your special aquire skill or skills of experience, we believe everyone is blessed with at least one talent if not more.
So come forward and share with us your hidden talents, and be realize and put ot good use.
