This 160-year-old garden is the only tropical garden to be honoured
as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
A star attraction for millions of visitors to our little Red Dot.
Lush greenery with themed gardens, like the Fragrant Garden, Foliage
Garden, with acres of flowering vegetation, vast landscapes, as there
is so much to see, let’s allot time to tour this attraction leisurely,,,
Things to bring:
Bring your brollies, mini fans to keep cool.
A bottle of water to hydrate.
Need energy, bring along a snack.
To breeze along, lighten your load.

Walk Team: Charles Wee, Veronica Wong, Mary Tan, Azhari Cuttilan,
Linda Chua and I, ChristinA Chan.
IMPORTANT:
November, last walk for 2019 — Saturday 23Nov (4th Saturday).
We monitor the PSI readings based on NEA one-hour PM2.5 concentration
readings which is a “good indicator of current air quality”.
The walk will be cancelled
Should PSI reading be ABOVE 95 by 9pm on 04Oct,
as there might be an increased risk of getting eye irritation,
sneezing or coughing, though the health impact of haze is largely
dependent on one’s health status.
Those coming, register ASAP!
Thank You!

Hi Guys,
Noted your registrations, will update later.
This morning managed to do the recce; had a close encounter with a beautiful chap basking in the sun. Enclosed the pic, not sure if it will appear… hehe
After my lunch break, continued the walk in the rain as it cools the afternoon.
Past few days, the air and sky had cleared much.
Looking forward to more rain later today; so we will have a fine clear day on Saturday for our walk. {smile}
