Singapore MRT network has many interesting and famous places.
This year, the SilverHairsClub will organise an activity for members to find these interesting places.
Each participating group will be given $50 per group to lunch together. $5 per person will be given to take MRT.
Date: Can be a Fri, Sat, Sun. The group chooses.
Time: 7am to 5pm
Group size: 4
Composition: Each group must have at least 1 man or 1 woman. Groups to form themselves. You form your group.
Participating MRT: 10 stations. Given to Group leader one week before Start Date.
Max no of groups: 20
Closing date for registration: TBA.
Objective: Each group to find 1 interesting place at each MRT, take a picture with the group and send the pictures to the judges.
Rules: In process of being finalised.
Winning group: will be announced at one monthly gathering.
Price: Likely a good ZheCha lunch for the group, judges and organisers.

Here is how we will play “Explore Singapore MRT network”.
Each group will be given 10 MRT stations. The 1st MRT is the start MRT. The 10th MRT is the last MRT.
At each station, the whole group must take a picture of themselves, in front of the place or item. Each picture is to be send to the judge via whatsapp, after taking the photo.
Examples of places or items:
The start MRT
A Japanese restaurant
A popular or tourist spot
A school
A coconut tree
Your lunch place
A bakery
A crab
Have fun know each other better.

Tonight Vincent shared what it takes to win the MRTgame.
1. Team leader recced one day before all stations. Took him 4 hrs.
2. Check with MRT exit to use.
3. Use google for the shortest time and distance.
4. Choose object that are nearest to the station exit.
5. Assign team members to remember routes esp during return to station.
The teams enjoyed the games and wish for another similar game.
The winning team will be invited to the Sep monthly gathering at British Hainan.
The club will give $50 for meals and $5 for MRT. Actual amount spent on MRT about $5 per person.
