July Monthly Meeting – 17th July Sunday 2pm to 5pm. EO Ronald Wi.

Toa Payoh Hub – Gourmet Paradise – Food Court (Basement 1 at Bus Interchange, Mrt exit A)

Attractions- Famous rojak, Salmon Fish Head Soup (rare) Nasi Padang, Hougang Muah Chee, Soup King ( biggest one) etc, etc

It may be a bit busy – but there is ample space especially at the back. It is also good time to know which are the really good stalls, with long Qs – especially the famous TP Rojak

The co-EO, each, can be the smaller group leader to discuss/share their various interests, expertise so members can a have a chance to be more open minded, to listen, etc.

At the same time is a weekend, everyone can be more relax, but free to go around different groups and pick and join each group topic of interests.

In this way too, we can encourage all members to form a group to organize the next monthly meeting so an individual do not have to be stress all alone, right?

Lastly as you all noticed there is no cut-off registration time, so anyone can join in, in this meeting at any time. Feel free to bring friends to introduce them to SHC too.

I do not have to make any reservations for any food or seats, so feel free to come at anytime within 2 to 5pm

Meeting Summary:

Our founder Terence Seah was there early enjoying his lunch with Jean

Feedback:

Good, central location, with wide variety of food.

Though busy, people are warm, friendly and hawkers too are friendly too. Prices are quite reasonable.  Many would not mind coming back casually maybe bi-monthly.

So bye, and I thank Terence for asking to help out, and  my CO-EOs too for their great help and enjoying themselves too.  Cheers,

  1. Hi Ronald,

I was tempted to walk into this monthly meeting :):) On hindsight, I refrained. It is just NOT me. So, dear friend, please register my attendance.

Look forward to a pleasant Sunday afternoon with all present.

    Regards,
    GingkoT.

    1. Daniel, we encouraged members to form small groups, same as you have suggested.

I am perfectly fine for you to EO a monthly gathering. EOs get to choose place, date and time. If you, as EO, prefer no registration, this is also fine.

Finally, if you have in mind a Club House, feel free to invite all club members.

I look forward to your first invitation and EO date, place and time.

      Terence Seah

  3. Why so many co EO ?

Kindly segregate or leverage into next future monthly event as we know not easy to get volunteer EO to organise the events.

    Just my view !

      1. Hi Terence, seems I still cannot edit the post, please add in Cat Yeo, Michelle Khoo as Co-EOs and others who are wanting to join in. Thanks
