I am 61 years old. My hairs are totally silver. Had a heart attack 2 years ago, so now anxious to enjoy life more before the next attack. Now retired and keep busy with trying to stay happy, healthy and alive in this order of importance.<\/p>\n
I love outdoor activities. Use to do diving, sailing, played racket games, tracking and jog. Now not allowed to jog but the doctors didn’t say anything about cycling. Still plays golf weekly and eat myself silly after each game. Do regular Chi Kong exercise in the hope of keeping myself healthy and alive. Love to go exortic places and just watch people. I am very quiet in a large crowd unless giving a speech.<\/p>\n
The problem is that my golf kakis are young and working. My older friends are also still working hard to accummulate money they don’t need. I don’t like to go holidays during weekends and public holidays, jostling with other Singaporeans. <\/p>\n
Maybe I can meet some ‘young’ people and do things like driving into little towns in Thailand and Cambodia.<\/p>\n
