We are fortunate to have members who volunteer to be the photographer(s) at most of our events.\u00a0\u00a0 Pictures taken are sent to me\u00a0to make into an album then upload\u00a0on our website.\u00a0 Usually, the members are happy to see pictures of themselves cos it remind them of the fun they had.<\/p>\n
There are times when members\u00a0may have requested at the point of taking, that their pictures\u00a0not be uploaded.\u00a0\u00a0 This seems a reasonable request no doubt.\u00a0\u00a0 Unfortunately, there are times that such request may be overlooked and the photo made its way on the web.\u00a0 I request the understanding of members that it is not the intention of the photographer to betray or\u00a0break a promise.<\/p>\n
Members who do not wish to have their pictures on the web, to please bring your own camera to take your\u00a0personal shots with whoever you wish.<\/p>\n
I would also like to remind everyone that the event photographer is there to\u00a0take pictures of the event and as long as there is nothing offensive, the pictures will be uploaded.\u00a0 If you do not want to be in any of the shots, avoid the photographer when he\/she comes around.\u00a0\u00a0 If you want to pose for the photographer, then be prepared that your picture will be uploaded.<\/p>\n
Photographers, please do not accede to special request.<\/p>\n
