{"id":2390,"date":"2009-02-08T21:54:08","date_gmt":"2009-02-08T13:54:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/silverhairsclub.com\/?p=2390"},"modified":"2009-02-08T22:05:07","modified_gmt":"2009-02-08T14:05:07","slug":"silverhairsclub-trading-fund","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/silverhairsclub.com\/?p=2390","title":{"rendered":"Trading Fund"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;Hi Silverhairs <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;In essence, this <strike>SHC<\/strike> Trading Fund will be set up in accordance with the following criteria:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;1.&nbsp; Capital&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp; made up of multiples of shares @ $100 each with a MINIMUM Twenty shares,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; $2,000, and&nbsp;up to a MAXIMUM of One Hundred shares, $10,000 <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;2.&nbsp; Shareholders&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp; a <strike>SHCian<\/strike> can subscribe up to a maximum of THREE shares <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;3.&nbsp; Trading Account&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp; Only one trading-account in the name of <strike>Silverhairsclub<\/strike> Trading Fund and<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; this Account will be the depository of the Fund&#8217;s capital and trading<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; profits<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;4.&nbsp; Dividends&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp; will be cash distribution monthly or fortnightly<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;5.
