Time : 4.00pm SHARP (only 5mins waiting time)<\/p>\n

Duration: approx. 2.5hours.<\/p>\n

Meeting Place: Downtown Line MRT and alight at Beauty World MRT station,
\ntake Exit A.<\/p>\n

ECs: Christina Chan & Veronica Wong<\/p>\n

This is an EC activity. You can bring your adult friends who are 45 and above.<\/p>\n

NOTE: in case of inclement weather — walk shall be cancelled.
\nNotification will be here in this post on Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

Join us to enjoy an afternoon at \u201cone of the most beautiful nature spots in Singapore.\u201d<\/p>\n

We will trek through a lesser known trail.
\nThe early part of this forest trail is easy; remember to look around to enjoy the rich
\nflora and fauna in the forest.
\nThen, we will ascend to the TOP for a more scenic view!<\/p>\n

Do remain quiet\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 :D \u00a0\u00a0 as you may spot an occasional wildlife.<\/p>\n

Toilet facilities: available only at entrance\/Visitor’s centre.<\/p>\n

Do wear COVERED, comfortable walking shoes.
\nBring bottle of water to keep hydrated, caps, umbrellas, insect repellant and cameras.<\/p>\n

What should you do when approached by monkeys?
\nWhen approached by the monkeys, you should look down and walk at least 1.5 metres away from them. Do not look into their eyes or bare your teeth as these are signs of aggression and challenge.
\nKeep food and snacks in haversacks and not in plastic bags. Do NOT eat\/drink in the presence of monkeys.<\/p>\n
