Well, am I glad I joined Silverhars Club where I get to know so many new friends. Throughout this year I get to learn new dances and get to practice them in the various jams. A sort of exercise in wriggling my almost worn out body but it was so much fun.<\/p>\n
The other good thing was to take up a challenge to reduce my intake of foods and perhaps lose some weight and in the process feeling and looking good!<\/p>\n
