Event Organisers or Event Cordinators are reminded not to ask for email addresses or tel numbers unless it is necessary.<\/p>\n
Members who give away their tel numbers or email address run the risks of spams and unnecessary emails.<\/p>\n
Ideally, you may do so if you know the organiser or the coordinator well. If the event has started or and you are participating, the decision is yours. With immediate effect, EOs or ECs may be asked if email collection is necessary for fellow members to join their event.<\/p>\n
