I fully agree for any meet should have a\/ agendas – so that those attending knows \/ prepares for it – more concrete results can be seen. After the "serious agenda meeting " – then all can let their hair down to enjoy themselves as per normal !<\/p>\n
Such first meet must – as suggested have a committee formed – a member as the main co-ordinator ( MCO ) for a particular activity. MCO will invite other members to assist him\/her in planning \/ organising the activity.<\/p>\n
Are we allowed as a non-registered club to have such a set-up ??? Someone needs to check on this ! Other than that I am most willing to step forward and be counted on to be one of the committee!<\/p>\n
