I am a Certified Professional Trainer and Coach, IPMA UK as well as a
\nclinical nutritionist. I just turned 50 this year and very excited about
\nentering into my third stage of life.<\/p>\n
My desire for this next phase in my life is to impact more Silver Haired
\npeople like me so we can make full use of our years ahead, enjoy ourselves to
\nthe max and if we haven’t done so, start pursuing our passions and fulfilling
\nour purpose.<\/p>\n
I was a writer and editor by profession, used to run a women’s mafazine
\nuntil I retired in 1997. Today I run 2 companies called Image Coach
\nInternational and Health Coach International – where we provide training and
\ncoaching to corporate clients. <\/p>\n
My latest hobby is building websites, so I can monetise my passion – which
\nis writing and sharing! As a nutritionist, I also do talks and workshops
\nteaching people how to eat healthily, enjoy what they eat.<\/p>\n
