beginners as well as the regulars&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <img decoding=\"async\" title=\"emoticon\" border=\"0\" alt=\"emoticon\" src=\"http:\/\/www.silverhairsclub.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/Wysi-Wordpress\/plugins\/emotions\/images\/bye.gif\" \/><\/font><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: en-us\">I went to Changi Beach Park (twice)&nbsp;to recce it&rsquo;s suitability for a change of cycling venue and found :&nbsp; <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: en-us\">The park serene and much less crowded than ECP.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: en-us\">There is a bicycle rental kiosk next to the Bistro@Changi&nbsp;&#8212; $3\/hr (good for those who do not wish to cycle 2 hrs)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: en-us\">Parking is free after 5pm and the nearest parking is : &nbsp;Carpark 1 although Carpark 2 is also very near.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: en-us\">There is a clean and airy public toilet (with shower cubicles) at the same location.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial','sans-serif';
