Good for sedentary <\/p>\n<p>workers! &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Regular walking, like most aerobic activities, is good because cardio-vascular exercise strengthens the <\/p>\n<p>heart and lungs, increasing overall fitness.<\/p>\n<p>Walking is low impact.&nbsp;&nbsp; It does not have the same potential for injury as jogging or other strenuous forms <\/p>\n<p>of activities, yet offers all the benefits.<\/p>\n<p>Founder had asked me to mention the benefits of walking.&nbsp; So here goes&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>Some <strong><font color=\"#9933ff\">BENEFITS <\/font><\/strong>mentioned by doctors are:<\/p>\n<p>1)&nbsp; good for bones and improves the body&#8217;s cardiovascular system.
