Does the above proverb ring true?<\/p>\n
There is a difference between habits and bad habits though. Habits such
\n as driving to work, making your cup of Joe (coffee) – I would call it being on
\n autopilot; things that we do without having to wreck our
\nbrains. <\/p>\n
On the other hand, bad habits are hard to break; one tends to ‘fall off the
\n wagon’ so to speak. For instance, losing weight and gaining it back by
\n bingeing\/stuffing one’s face, stop smoking but greedily drawing in lungfuls of
\n nicotine when the need is soooo unbearable etc etc.<\/p>\n
Bad habits literally have a vicelike grip on one’s mind and behavior – reeli
\n reeli hard to break.<\/p>\n
