Hi fellow members,<\/p>\n

SHC has been around for 6 years.  We have made success with a number of activities.  We have also made good progress with membership.  However, there are some areas which I feel far more can be done.<\/p>\n

One is the imbalances of membership sexes.<\/p>\n

The other is a review of "Each member having to organise an activity during the lifetime of their membership". We rely too much on the regular organisers.<\/p>\n

The last is "How do we handle domant members?.  We have many members, and they are contented with just reading what goes on in the club.<\/p>\n

We have done a survey recently on "How to make SHC more vibrant".  While the numbers are small, the feedback is important.  We will need to review some of the top few feedback".<\/p>\n

I will be seeking a discussion from active members, who have organised activities and get their feedback on how we can progress from here.  If you had been an EO, you will receive an email from me within a week.<\/p>\n
