Hi Richard,
Welcome, welcome. Just to let you know that there is a member, called Dan Huang, who also plays a good game of chess (checkered board variety). You should get to know him during one of the monthly meetings when he usually brings his chess set there.
You should have joined us for a short walk last Sat in Bishan.
Alternatively you can join us for some cycling this Sat at the ECP
