Jane Yeo – Profile

Hi to all members. M new just joined and I got to know this club via the eNN Centre.

I am still working. Have two grown up children. Hope to be able to meet up with new frenz and join some activities organised by the group, be it local or overseas.

I enjoy watching cantonese vcds during my leisure.

Hope to meet up if time is suitable as I am working from Monday to friday, 8 am to 6pm.

    While the core activities and mammoth events such as the Annual Dinner & Prance are organised by the Club, cell groups sharing common interests hv sprouted and so we now have monthly cycling, brisk walks, development talks, gossips……..

    You too can start something extra sutra like makan sutra or anythg to make us go gaga.

    Nice that for a start you hv taken note of SHC’s 18 Sep gathering. Do try make the time to see many SHCians but me as I am still growing my kid up.

    like “The Stubborn Daughter-in-law”- has seen this comedy 3 times self rated as *****, 13th brother,
    The Shell Game, song made famous by Frances Yip, lau honk parn ,loh hoi lau…..etc..

    I share the vcds with my friends. They rented and we shared and passed around.

  9. hi, I am also new, have yet to intro myself. Partly because I don’t know where to do it. Just ‘stumble’ into this profile. I am 58 and have not join any activity yet. Hope to do so soon. I am still working full time. Hobbies are : playing the saxaphone and piano. I also trade in the stock market and learning to trade in options (US stock market). That few things already keep me busy.

    What genre of music are you into.I am a drummer and I enjoy playing jazz,fusion and pops.

    Don’t worry too much about dance partners. I am sure you will find many able ones at SHC organized socials. So, whether you tango, cha cha or simply line(lion?) dance just groove along …!

  15. Hi Jane, how are things? Apologies for not communicating. Have been working and will be free from Wed, hopefully. Then we can arrange to meet up sometime. Whereabouts are you putting up? I’m in the east, Pasir Ris, a name that foreigners tend to mispronounce as Paris, haha. Keep in touch.
