  1. Hi All

It was an afternoon well spent at the Recital Studio, Esplanade, bringing back the memories of old, songs and music of the 60s of CLIFF RICHARD & THE SHADOWS.

The electrifing guitar of the former TRAILERS, Victor Woo, and the drum beats of Tony Zee, and the guitar of the up-and-coming of David Ng, whose songs of Cliff Richard, thrilled the audience to the utmost.

Many of our Silverhairs could not obtain tickets to the show, but a few, includes Robert Quek, Kristy Quek, Dennis Wee, Grace Wong, Alice Lai and myself, count ourselves lucky enough.

  2. Hi Ron. I was there at the morning concert. It was excellant. We can organise another concert for the next performance. It’s chinese songs, not sure if you’re keen? The following one in August is A Tribute to Elvis. We can plan on a SHC outing. Cheers, Lydia.

  5. Hi Yew Kwong,

It is NOT the type of normal Ang Mo music sold in HMV or elsewhere. You know what I mean. It is something to do with B – – – – – – t music from Taiwan.

I did try and ask them but to NO success.
Thanks anyway for your kind response and also to the great extent for details of the shop addresses and tel nos which I did NOT expect to get.

    Appreciated,
    Steven Chan
