Agnes Seow – Profile

My name is Agnes. I was introduced to SilverHairsClub by a student in my dance class and a friend whom I met at a social function recently.

I’m in my early fifties and am working in a publishing company which is a fast pace but interesting. To unwind, I love to dance and karaoke (more like croaking though). Country and evergreens are songs I’m familiar with and comfortable to sing.

I also enjoy outdoor activities and look forward to participate in the interesting activities that you have taken the time and effort to organise. I have read up your website faithfully and look forward to meeting the members.Thanks and best regards, Agnes

  4. Hallo. Is this the space I give a small profile of myself? Sorry, I’m not IT-savvy – & I don’t know ‘where’ to go!
    You probably notice that I’m a brand-new-fresh-out-of-the-oven member of your club. Read the article in the papers, sent in an email to admin, and BANG, the very next day a reply. And only this morning I logged in my profile (I think it went through?). I would love to attend the Aug. 2nd ramble – walking is more my thing; cycling is a no-no. Looking forward to meeting you all.     ps: would love to meet up with those who have lived in Florida, USA & Belgium (I was member of Singapore Association for Belgium/Luxemburg). Yep, I’m a returning S’porean. Married, with a teenage son.

    Welcome to the Club! Right now there are ongoing classes on dancing in various venues.

    Tonight class at Clementi CC is on Basic Cha cha, Inter Rock n Roll and Bachata. Next Friday class on Samba and Rhythm n Waltz will commence. We have about 20 from SHC attending the Cha Cha class now. Hope you can join us too!

    Like Florence, I came to know of SHC thru reading ST article
    then just register myseslf in. Initially became frantic keyed in name and password correctly but still unable to log in that was 3:52am emailed adminSHC for help. Finally managed to log in @ 1 hr later but enjoy all your comments very much from then on SHC website was my favourite reading website daily.Certainly looking forward to meeting you guys, btw I am coming to the mtg on Sunday,3pm Bali Lane, hope to see you then.     Thank you for the very warm welcome.

    I did not know how to go about replying through the website, but am very glad that I was able to reply via email. That is why I badly need to go for the short beginning course on “How to move around SilverHairsClub.com” tomorrow. Just learn from Dennis how to get into here to reply

    It was indeed a very very wonderful day for me yesterday to meet up with you Alice and some of the members yesterday at Scorebot. It was my first meeting and I felt very comfortable. The members were very warm and the new members and I felt like old friends with them.

    Tim, Thank you for bringing us for the Karaoke. I enjoy singing and dancing. Hope we could do this again in the near future.
