    Terence has confessed that he’s a kukubird. Ditto for Patrick-L who has the same physique as Terence. Now, ANee….what kind of a bird can she be? Well, ANee has to ne…….your bird, my bird, his bird ANYbird.

    Its an honour to be able to record video footages of Oct15 event at Kovan CC.
    All I’ve ever done with my amateurish digicam and limited skills was shooting casual home DIY videos most of the time. As such, this will be my first experience in shooting at an oficial indoor event. Hence, I hope fellow SHC members will not be dissapointed if the end result of my video does not turn up too well.

    Exit at Heartland Mall. Once up the escalator, you will see the shopping centre and look ahead is the food-centre, just walk straight. As you walked ahead, the bus inter-change is on the right-hand side and more foodstall on the left-hand side but most of them are not open in the evening. Continue walking until you reach MacDonald. Cross the road at the traffic light, ahead is your destination.

  45. Kovan CC is close to Aljunied CC and both are in Hougang! I stop at Aljunied MRT station to go to work at Geylang! Confusing, confusing. How come Aljunied CC is in Hougang and not in Aljunied?

    You forget we’ve met already, at Hans in April 2008, my first gathering after joining the club. I was glued to the first chair shown to me because I was having blisters on my feet after walking from Chinatown MRT to Hans in my high heels. So, this 2nd gathering, I will come in walking shoes.     Yes, it’s so confusing. I kept thinking Aljunied CC should be in Aljunied right? And Kovan CC should be in Kovan correct? Wrong. Well, now I know, haha.

    Oh, yes I remember now. We met then. Yes I think I will be there. The only problem is how to get to Katong Mall in time for my 7pm class. I have to find out if there are any buses from Kovan to Joo Chiat or East Coast Road.

    I may have to skip the first session as I may have a class to teach at 5 pm. I will definitely try to make it to Kovan CC after classes end at 8.30 pm. Sorry for the change. Hope there will be some people around still.

    Hey Nor cu at Kovan next mth. I hope could meet up with Norhayati & Rose White whom I’ve not met b4. Zariah jom lah go Kovan. It’s good if we can meet since also Hari Raya season but I don wear Malay costume lah scared wait the kain (sarong) sangkut tertongeng (fell) at the bus steps, buat malu haha.

    You dont know how to go home from Kovan…apa macam?.kesian, Spore so small lah…wont hilang..if u still scared..I send u home lah…boleh?

    Don’t worry lah. I also not wearing Malay costume. The last time I went to the gathering with my long baju and heels, I got several blisters on my feet. My fault because I walked all the way from Chinatown MRT to Hans! Suaku, tak tahu jalan. What to do.

    As Dan will be stressed out trying to remember his dance routine for the performance, I will be using his camera to capture some shots. I have an interest in photography and am a long way off from taking great pics.

    Patrick is using his nametags for his other activities as well: MJ Club, Turf Club and Travel Club, Counselling Centre.

    Grace: I think you better seriously consider charging him for any extra nametags he needs.
