    34. Hi Boon Liang, Yew Kwong and Janet,

I have not tried putting a movie clip on the SilverHairsClub.com banner. Was toying around, trying to find a youtube clip on the kelong. Found one which I thought was appropriate, although the characters looked like some of us a few years ago. Do, ON your speakers.

If this works, I hope that one of us can piece together the pictures taken at the coming kelong trip, add a song and upload it up to Youtube. We can also add this to the banner after the trip.

      Terence Seah

    35. Hi Terence,

I support uploading a short movie clip about SHC activities
from time to time. This is better than pulling off some
clips from Youtube or anywhere on the net.

If somebody needs help, I can try to do the compilation,
pull in some music/song and add some special effects.
However, pls note I’m still a student and learning at the
same time, so anything short of professionalism, pls
      forgive me.

Just too bad I can’t be at the kelong this time as I’ll be
celebrating this long weekends and National Day in another
      country.

      james

    36. #79 – Hi Terence,
Million thanks for your initiative in placing a kelong video on the banner……..a great way to highlight our forthcoming “Fun-at-Sea” Kelong Acheh and it’s only 2 days away.
I am sure every members on this trip are feeling excited and gearing up, ready to get into action.

      #80 – James Tan,
We sure need some help here in compiling the photos with music and special effects as suggested. Thanks for the offer and……….Kelong guys & gals, bring your camera start shooting. Yeah!

    37. Hi James #80,

First, please go ahead and produce a clip when you have the opportunity. If it is appropriate, please go ahead and put it up on YouTube. I may then put it up on the banner.

      Terence Seah

    38. Hi BL #81,

Pls have the group send the clips to my personal email:
jamestancl at gmail.com (administrator – to avoid spam,
pls do not edit my email to xxx@gmail.com). Or you
may download your videos to http://www.yousendit.com if the file
is too big (>100MB) and send me the link.

If possible, add some description to the fotos/videos
and arrange them in order (by timeline or topics).

I may need to go tru’ the compilation with you should the
      need arises.

      james

    39. Hi Boon Liang and Janet and fellow Kelongers,

I read that to save some journey time, we wont be stopping for breakfast anywhere along the way. This is great. But, I have a problem. I get hungry the moment I wake up. So, I need to eat when I wake up. See some of you will be bringing food to munch along the trip.

I am bringing a loaf of bread with a bottle of peanut butter. Maybe a flask for hot coffee. What are you bringing along?

      Terence Seah

    40. Good morning James Tan,

Beginning this year, I remembered you put up a post on the forum on “Video DVD for Year 2010 SHC Activities” and you shared with me your interest and enthusiasm in compiling the SHC events photos into VCD. At that point of time, Terence and some members were not in favour of your ideas…..reasons being it will not be an easy task as it involved lots of time, hard work & effort. I am happy for you now that members see your ideas differently…

It’s good to have you to offer your service and kick start your idea. Wow…can’t wait to see your first VCD production on the “Kelong Aceh”. Keep it up! :)

      Ah Nee

    41. Ah Nee,

      Thanks for the encouragement.
It’s ok if people don’t value free service.
      It’s their loss, not mine.

Anyway, glad to be of service to the Kelong gang.
Wish the kelong kakis an enjoyable trip.

      james

    42. “……to save some journey time, we wont be stopping for breakfast But, I have a problem. I get hungry the moment I wake up…….”

Terence, you still drink milk on the quiet, right? And there will be plenty of milk in big and small servings. The challenge is in the asking but knowing you not as a shy man, that challenge is elementary…….

Enjoy and have fun, all !

    43. Hi JamesT #86,

I like to encourage you to go ahead with your plan to to make a CD. However, getting assistance should be voluntary from the EOs or the photographers.

      Terence Seah

    44. Hi Terence#84,

Yes, we would like to advice everyone to pack their breakfast and have it during the journey or before leaving the house also be reminded to be punture (6:30am) as we may expect long and heavy traffic-jams (sorry no kaya) at both CIQs in view of the long weekends.

As for me, I’ll make egg noodle with tomato ketchup at 4am.
      CYA in the morning!

    45. Hi Boon Liang and Janet

Thank you v much for organising the kelong trip.

It was my maiden trip to a kelong and I really enjoyed the holiday and camaraderie among the SHcians.

The hilarious ambience was the best laughter therapy I’ve had in a long timeeee… Thanks to all especially, Ah Huat Huat Huat ah!

Kudos to both of you and all the other co-organisers who have made this trip possible…

      Cheersssssssssssss

      Gabriella Chua

    46. Hi BL/Janet

Thanks to all EO & Co-EO – Janet/BL/Rene/Lai Fong for working so hard for this Kelong Trip.

I take this opportunity to Thanks ANdrew Yeung for being such Sporting Groom to play along with the 3 naughty brides – HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO U …

Hope this is the most memorable birthday this year.

Judy/Sockie – A very very successful prank and all enjoyed it very much . Thanks to the other wedding planners – Judy / Sockie / JUdy / Rene / BL / Eileen

      HAPPY NATIONAL DAY TO ALL

      Karen

    47. Hi Boon Liang and JanetC,

I enjoyed the kelong trip thoroughly; right from the moment we arrived at the kelong to the time we arrived in Singapore. Really appreciated the planning in the background. Janet, I see you are really a cool organiser, and probably one of the reasons why the event has been very successful is because you treated your friends as friends.

And Boon Liang has been a good supervisor; checking to make sure the participants are taken care off and aware of every planned event. He was full of concern for fellow participants.

The wedding clip was a surprise. I was surprised; and Andrew’s speech touched my heart. The brides-to-be and the wedding planners must have immediately changed their plans, after hearing from Andrew.

The other event was a mini National Day celebration outside Singapore waters. The organisers brought printed song sheets of National Day theme songs “Stand up for Singapore”, we sang, lighted up sparkles, swing them around and waved Singapore flags. The activity was very touching, it was a pleasant surprise too.

Sam Huat was the favourite. Unlike many SilverHairs, Sam has his own unique style. He was an eye-opener. Never went to school, full of vulgar words, name it, in Cantonese, hokkien, teowchew, Malay and English. Even TimL cannot beat Sam, a good Ah Beng, with a good heart.

I doubt many SilverHairs went to the kelong to fish. Perhaps, only Lawrence Lee and Mike Tan. I guess mahjong was one objective; the unplanned ones were carrom and card games. Most went there to relax and get to know more friends; so did I altho, I went there to have a good sleep.

      It was fun.

      Terence Seah

    48. Thanks to all EO & Co-EO – Janet/BL/Rene/Lai Fong for working so hard for this Kelong Trip (copied from C#91, ha ha Copy cat)

      Really enjoy the trip:

      First time with my buddy Cat Yeo (MJ only);

Meeting all the nice peoples of the trip, some I know, some I don’t know, and we play the game all together happily. Sorry that I cannot even answer one question in the education time, sorry team 5.

The prank play by my 3 naughty gfs (especially the most naughty one – Karen Thio)to me make me embarrassing, exciting and happy. It is the most especial birthday in my life, sure will not forget it. Thanks Terrence, touched by my speech.

Regret that I have missed the beach games organized by Rene and Lai Fong (?????????).

Thanks again to all participants in the trip and looking forward for the next Kelong trip.

    49. BL, Terence,

Hope you have a nice time at the kelong getaway.
If you have the pix and video ready, pls send to my private
      email listed above.

      Dolly#244,
Rest assure I only compile from those clips given by the
EO. If your pix accidentally sent to me, I shall do you the
extra favor to info the EO to take them back.
Pls note I won’t go around snooping on somebody’s album to
compile pix of those unfriendly faces in G-string.
This service is only offered to nice lady and gentlemen
who knows how to appreciate good service.
It’s entirely up to the EO/admin who he wants to distribute
the compilation or where to publish them. That decision
      is not mine to make.

    50. Thanks to all EO & Co-EO – Janet/BL/Rene/Lai Fong for working so hard for this Kelong Trip (copied from C#91, ha ha Copy cat),

Andrew #93, how can U copy cat without asking permisson from the 2 cats 1st eh? Jux joking!

Tku once again for such a wonderful time together! It was such hilarious one esp when the “3 brides” came to the scence.
No regrets in going now becos I wanted to back out at 1st!

BL was cool and steady & luckily he didn’t BBQ me that nite! ( Only he will U/stand that joke.)
Instead we ended having a cheap & delicious dinner in JB which is not in the itinerary even!

Rene, Janet & Lai Fong were gd “or-gu-nisers ” too.

Lastly, tku everyone for being such co-operative playmates during the games sessions!
A memorable 2010 ND for us & esp Andrew!
Cheers for EOs & committee members!

    51. Thanks to all EO & Co-EO – Janet/BL/Rene/Lai Fong for working so hard for this Kelong Trip…haha what can we say as no other words can describe more appropriately.

I don’t even remember going to a kelong before so it is a real enjoyable trip.

The games were very creative and the 2nd game teaser was so difficult (for me la). Whoa Janet, where you get all the questions and answers huh? Testing our brain and very grey cells leh. Very interesting though. shows how little I know about Singapore history and flag !!

Thanks to Ah Huat and Boon Liang for taking a big barrel of water for me to shower when the tank ran out of water !!

Andrew – belated Happy Birthday !!

Keep up the good work EOs ! Cheers !

    52. Thanks to all EO & Co-EO – Janet/BL/Rene/Lai Fong for working so hard for this Kelong Trip (copied from C#95, ha ha Copy cat…s),

Thanks everybody for making this event memorable…

    53. #91, 93, 95, 97 & 98 – thank you for all the compliments and a BIG applause to BL & J for all the arrangement.
Hi BL & J – thank you for roping me in and I enjoy it too.
#94 – your speech touch me, keep it up BUDDY, you are not ALONE with 1, 2 & 3 buzzing around hehehehe.
Most important – ALL the SCHians – for making the trip so happening….give yourself a CLAP :-):-)

    54. Amendment…its 93 and not 94

#93 – your speech touch me, keep it up BUDDY, you are not ALONE as u are with AH Yat, AH EE AND AH SAM buzzing around LE hehehehe.

      Happy Belated Birthday Andrew :-)

    55. Hi Boon Liang/Janet/Rene/Lai Fong,

Thanks for an enjoyable time at the Kelong. I have been to the last two kelongs and must say that this is the best. The kelong is quite large and able to accomodate different groups with their own extended areas.

For me, i dun look for mermaid(fishing) but my cup of tea is mahjong. We have three tables filled with kakis. I am sure that most new members get to know other fellow member well. I enjoyed the game called ‘Bing Bong Bang’ but my group was ousted when I shouted ‘Bang’.

On the way back we had an unplanned stopover at JB for dinner. Our apologies to Lily Ho for being gracious to cancel her appointment and allowed us to have our dinner at JB. Perhaps the thing we missed most was having a stopover for durian!

      Dan

    56. Copycat, copycat, copycat, copycat, including me totally 4 copycat, everyone become lazy after the trip, ha ha

Maggie, thanks. Nice to play MJ with you, hope you don’t mind I’m ?????

Lai fong, line Dance partner, you are right, with my 3 naughty girlfriends around, I am not older one year after my birthday, but younger one year, haha. Regret missed you and Rene’s beach game. Always has next time, right?

Hi Ah yat, yee and sam, thanks for the unforgettable prank

    57. EO Boon Liang and Janet,

Thanks for organizing this national day holiday outing to a faraway land.

      Fellow Shcians,

Have you ever had a dull moment at the kelong? If so, please accept our (The Kelong Team) imperfections.

Glad to hear that most of you enjoyed the trip though the feedback on the food weren’t as good as last year’s @The WaterLodge (I was not there). Nevertheless, it was overcome by the fun, laughter, hilarious acts of Good Heart Huat and Andrew Neo/Thio/Lim’s (no longer YEUNG) wedding cum birthday celebration. We also have our Creative Director Thio (Karen) to thank for.

We were supposed to have a 2nd game after Dinner but had to shelve it after the owner of the Kelong told us of the danger of gathering at one spot while playing “Bing Bong Bang”. He was worried that the Kelong could not withstand our weight. Judging from the excitement of the 1st game, the 2nd game would have been thrice the enjoyment. In fact, we were even worried the Kelong may collapse in the situation when everybody gets carried away.

All cheerful Babes and Hunks, give yourself a pat! Thanks for your participation and spontaneity which made us felt really worthwhile doing it.

      Cheers
      Rene

    58. Rene

Thought u feel bad to “Sabo” your buddy – Andrew Yeung when we get u in to be the MC of the show ??

Now u like the feeling of playing other out , is it ??

      Karen

    59. Yes here’s a big Thank you to the EOs and assistants and fellow travellers for making this a memorable trip.

Andrew, sorry for playing the prank on you and putting you on the spot….but hor this ‘wedding’ us about a month to prepare hor. We had script written and re-written a few times. Though things did not work out exactly according to our plan….. The 3 ‘brides’ were supposed to come out of the dormitory but you were standing in front of the closed door, so we had to climb out of the window to come out from the side….so hilarious. We did make contingency for a 4th bride but we were never plan for Sam to be the 4th ‘bride’ …..must have nearly given you a heart attack hahahahaha. Like what Terence used to say..” A little choas is good :0)”

Your speech was indeed very touching so thougth we were being ‘rejected’, we did not feel ‘hurt’ but were in fact proud to have you as our HKBF kekekeke.

Thank you Eileen for making the wedding veil for us and it’s such a pity you could not make it to the trip :0(

I think the Kelong owner was very stressed out by us when we waved the sparklies all over the place and soooo near to the dried attap leaves…good thing we did not burn down the whole Kelong…PHEW

Now the trip is over and I am waiting to add the rest of the photos …(think we should have closed to 800 photos) plus the ‘wedding’ video to sort out before uploading to the SHC website, so please bear with me for a while ya.

Looking forward to the next Kelong and I wonder what prank should we come up with and on whom??????

      Sockie

    60. Hi Terence, Games Partners & Participants,

Thanks Terence and all participants for your generous appreciation and encouraging compliments both in the post and private emails.

EOs are glad everyone, most importantly, the participants has enjoyed this trip.
Rene & Lai Fong, a BIG thank you to both for stepping up to host the games. Appreciated it very much!

Special thanks to Karen, Sockie and Judy for coming out with the Birthday-cum-Wedding sketch much to the surprise of all watching it. Simply Hilarious! Good job with the banner and props as well.

Many thanks to our birthday boy, Andrew “Young” for being gamely playing along though he was caught in a difficult situation – A jolly good fellow!

Sam, glad you are able to join us, the live wire of the group making many of us happy and the champion in the carom “mini” Tournament.

When we were searching & planning for a suitable kelong, our chief concern was our non-fishing friends would have nothing to do other than just relaxing, waiting anxiously for the next meals or simply watching the surrounding views of the sea and the many islands around. Well, there were many activities like board games, karaoke and caroms beside fishing and MJ to keep everyone occupied.

The interesting games were the only activities planned originally and much later with Karen’s Birthday-cum-Wedding sketch added on to get the parties alive. The mini National Day celebration was the finale.

To get everyone into celebration mood, we added mini Singapore Flags & Sparkles – wow!……….. we really got the kelong operator all nervous and blood pressure shot up as they were worried and concerned the lighted sparkles could spark a big fire with every materials on the kelong esp the partitions (attap leaves) – all flammable materials.
Thank goodness, we all played well and sensibly and this is credit to all participants.

Thanks also to Gladys and Annie for looking after those in the other vehicle esp the younger participants, having experience the big storm and the choppy waters.

Well, Kelong Acheh would not have been successful without the strong support of all participants and your spontaneous response to participate in the game segments. Special mention here is seeing everyone enjoying the beach games, swimming and exploring the corners around the bay.

We set out the theme as FUN-ON-SEA and our objective have been met.

      Janet & I salute YOU!

    61. wow lua wei ,

      7th mth oredli here , sorry..my lap top refuse 2 work…

10q 10q it was super duper fun lah.

    62. Hi all

The kelong photos are already up for viewing

Karen had done a great video clip on the ‘surprise wedding’ and I have included the link to youtube for all to view. If you are watching this, do continue till the end……Thank you ‘Ah Yat’ for all the hard work ya :0)

For easy access, please go to the Photos and Venue page and scroll to the Travel section for the links

    63. Hi Sock Cheng, Karen,

You have produced a beautiful video clip of the wedding. I think it is a good example, besides being very meaningful.

I encourage SHCians to learn how to take pictures or a video, and learn up to upload them to YouTube. Something we can still learn at our age. Hope you can teach us how to do this program someday.

      Terence Seah

    64. Hi Karen, Sockie & BL!

Wow! So impressive! Karen’s creative & clever with the Video clip!
The “wedding scene” that I witnessed still lingered on & it will remained as memories of the best kelong trip that I’d experienced.
Thanks to Sockie & BL for all hard work of uploading the lovely photos at the Kelong and esp 2nd childhood play at the beach.
BL looked so funny with so many flags on his back. He looked like either celebrating Thaipusiam or a “Chinese medium!”

    65. Terence #110,

Yeah the video was very nicely done and credit should go to Karen who spent sleepless nights doing it. After sorting through 1000+ photos I was in no shape to do the video so just leave it to Director Thio kekekekeke.

In the past Yew Kwong and Chan used to conduct lesson on movie making and uploading them to youtube, maybe they can start doing this again for anyone who might be interested

      Cat Ho #112

Glad your enjoyed the prank we played on Andrew and now you are part of the family liao hor “Tua Kou” :0)

      S@@kie

    66. Thanks Sockie, Karen Thio and others for sharing the piece of “Creative” and humorous video of Surprising Singapore Andrew’s Wedding with 2 brides at the Kelong.

Last time we had Andrew Thio and Norlinda blissful “mock” wedding at Padang.

Looks like the X tian name Andrew is getting hot.

Who is next please ? Ha! ha!

    67. Steven Chan

There are 3 brides in the photo & Video but if u watch closely …there is a 4th one in the background !!!!!

Wow – I did not know there is a wedding of Andrew Thio & Nor at Padang ???

      Karen

    68. Hi Karen Thio,

As the video clip cannot be maximised , upon observing closely you are right there are indeed 4 brides in a row 3 females and 1 shemale.
At last, the loudest voice male got his greatest wish to be a female. Ha! ha!

    69. Steven

U just double click on the banner Movie and then it will open up … if u need to view in a bigger screen , then just at the end of the bluffer … double click on screen – it will open to the full size of the screen in u-tube.

Aiyo .. AH huat very Kiasu la .. people have , he also want ..girl or boy – he also take.. when we were looking for the 4th GF for Andrew – He rush to the stage to take the veil la but is a bit too small for his head (hahahahaha)

Steven – WIll u want to say “I do” to AH Huat , so that u can use that “book” u got at the D & D ???????????

      karen

    70. Hi Karen (aka tua zi), Sockie (aka de zi) and Judy (aka za zi),

You gals really rock….hahaha…..planning a ‘wedding’ for our AndrewY leaving him dumbfounded at first but managed to find his tongue back to give that very moving speech. I certainly had fun that nite altho no one ‘bothered’ that I was going to jump in the sea or ‘stab’ the groom.

So one big happy family (oh and not forgetting our CatH aka kp zi) thanks for the show! I wonder wonder wonder what you gals will come up with for the next kelong?????

Nice piece of work – Karen!

    71. Janet and Boon Liang,

You were great organisers and certainly made my trip enjoyable. Your meticulous planning right down to the props eg. the quiz bell and the flags and the song sheets added to the mood of the National Day celebration and my first ND on a kelong.

Hope you guys had fun making it happen just like we did!

    72. Steven @114
hehe…U bring back our fond memories while at Padang!..

      Karen@115
We were being so playful only la…not a ‘wedding’.Its just a demo of how a Malay wedding costume is worn..nothing more nothing less..after that ‘incident’..we both went separate ways!…back to our beloved spouses..haha

    73. Cather Yeo

” karen(aka tua zi), Sockie (aka de zi) and Judy (aka za zi)”

Wow – those way of addressing us ..sound so old like that…

At that moment of sadness & anger , your mind really plan to jump into the sea & stab the groom ??????????? The 3 of us were so busy with the groom that we did not notice that lei ??? hahahahahahaha

Ok la .. just have dinner with some SHC gang .. and discussing “someone” wedding …sooo be patient ..

Happy that u like the video clip as well … hope u don mind be addressed as the “Keat-Xin” Ex GF …

      Karen

    74. Hi buddy Cat, your comment 118

It seems that the ???? really hurt you so much, so you want to stab him and then yourself jump to the sea. But this way to tackle him is not proper

To manage a carrot, we should chop but not stab. So chop him on the MJ table. Chop out the ?? part bit by bit, until all the ?? part gone. After that, there should be not much carrot leave, then bury it into the ground or throw it to the water, let it decomposed himself until VANISH from this earth.

You, with your size, please don’t jump into the sea, sure some disaster will be caused such as the tsunami. To protect our beautiful earth, please please don’t do that.

So do you like my method to punish the ????, will it be still too mercy to him.

Some advice from your ????? buddy

    75. Hi Karen Thio @ 115 n 117,

      1) If u look closely, I wrote “mock” wedding otherwise kena sued.

      2) I would go for the genuine who understands me n my feelings not a fake one.

    76. Hi Andrew @ 122,

She is working extra hard to trim and fit and here you are to
      Poot Lang Suiew.

No wonder, she wants to jump down into the sea with yr “needles” that poke her heart. Four Siew Sum.

    77. Karen #121,

No worries – this ex gf whether keat-xin, kek-sim or bo-sim will certainly brave the storm and survive!

In the hierarchy of harem of wives and even concubines there must be some order of respect hence the respectful titles although old fashioned hahaha…..

Thanks for the new name Cather….sounds good too!

Did you enjoy the claypot while discussing the upcoming wedding of our close comrade?

      Andrew #122

Sounds like you are talking about food….chopping carrots and then suddenly the mj bit comes in….tsk tsk tsk….you are too disorganised in your thoughts, thats why you confuse all the women???

You very mo leong sum eh??? With the salmon sashimi still being digested in your tummy, you deal your buddy a blow that will make her stop going for buffet for a long time to come.

Btw I may be lousy with my mandarin but I do think your ‘yen’ in your last line should be yen as in eyes and not as in show. Hope you get my drift???

Not to worry Karen and Steven, theres no chance that my buddy’s comment will hurt as my system automatically purges out unfavourable comments …hehehe have a nice evening everyone!

    78. Hi buddy Cat

You are right, should be ?????Please forgive my careless, as the comment was written on 12:08am. I nearly cannot open my eyes at that time, ha ha

I wish my blow will change my buddy from deliciously plump to deliciously slim. Any chance??????

Thanks for the salmon sashimi and the delicious meal.

    79. Cat Yeo #126

Glad you are taking it weill hahahahaha. Who ask you to ex him neh, so now you regret or not huh…..wonder if the ‘flower heart carrot’ would want to go back and eat gostang grass after the sashimi meal or not…….if so then you can become Ah Sei lor and we can form a MJ table and he can be the our coffee boy kekekekekeke

But you need to get permission from Ah Yat and Ah Sum also hor…

      S@@kie

    80. Hey S@@kie aka Ah Yi,

That’s a gr8t idea, with four of us at the square table and a kopi boy at our disposal, it wouldnt be too bad to be Ah Sei…..hehehe

So Andrew what do you have to say?????? Btw your ‘blow’ has negative effect hor….cos I am going out for dinner again tonite….hahaha

      Have a great weekend!

    81. …..I’m dreaming of a nice Kelong,
Just like the ones we used to know,
      where the seawaves glisten
      and seagulls listen…..

The summer sun is rising high again, is this the season to frolick by the sea again? and whisper our summer whispers again? The above song dedicated to BoonLiang, LaiFong, Janet, Karen, Rene, Sockie & all the fun gang……

    82. Hi DanielC,
When you said you smelled something fishy, I thought some memories of our kelong trip would be nice.

Hi Boon Liang, JanetC and everybody who attended the Acheh Kelong trip some years back,
Here’s a picture for your memories, where the banner is. Please refresh your browser to see the new picture.

Imagine just three years ago, how good looking some of us were?

April and May are good fishing time of the year. Callng the fishing enthusiasts, Can you organise one kelong trip for us?

      Terence Seah

    83. O hi Chief Terence,
Woke up this morning looking at the sky, saw some smoke (or was it cloud), was wondering if the Breitling Air display above Sentosa sky has started?
      Check this link – (http://www.straitstimes.com/breaking-news/singapore/story/breitling-jet-team-fly-over-siloso-beach-weekend-20130307)

O…. so it was a smoke signal send by you on something about Kelong Kelong as I was decoding it.

Yes, many a times after Kelong Aceh, members esp those with fond memories has constantly sound me out for another kelong trip esp around end of 2012.

Well, I’m totally grateful for the great fun loving team of enthusiastic Co-EOs, fun-filled planners like Janet, Yew Kwong, Rene, Lai Fong, Judy, Karen, Sockie & Andrew Y (applaud for his good sports in a tight & sticky situation, haha) – 2010. You guys are super!!

How times has fly, so 3 years have gone by, ya? now wondering if we could still have the same team together, haha ready for another completely nutty crazy silly fun-filled activities………… Ai Mai?

Yes, chief you are right, seasons in the sun would be ideal from April to August.

meantime, let me put on my sarong and paddle my sampan to scout around for everyone (SHC only) a suitable fishing hut above water to do your favourite things.

O oo…before I do that and since I’m on this post/comments, let me have a show of hands & legs waving and your sweet sweet smile…..must stimulate the team of ladies activities planners, right? Whoopie!

      1. Hi Boon Liang, fishing organisers and fellow participants,

A kelong trip is unlike any other trips. Everybody goes together from Singapore or JB, travel by road to the East Coast, hop on a boat and up the Kelong. A great time to get to know one another. I shall go for fish, and a beer. Others can mahjong, chat the whole night through.

Yes, step up and organise a kelong event for us. BL, let’s look forward to the right hand up.

        Terence Seah

    84. Terence#131,
Callng the fishing enthusiasts, Can you organise one kelong trip for us?

Yes, we do encourage new SHC members to come forward to organise such activity as well. Your idea & contributions could be much better in fact FRESH! Feel free to step up with any suggestion, after all its for SHC. Thanks
