Ladies Skype 4/6/9/10 November 2012

Hi calling all SHC Ladies out there, 

Please do come and experience chatting on Skype if you do not already try it out.

We do have lots of ladies in SHC so in order to cater for more to be able to participate, please let me know the preference of the timing. For this round I’m thinking of timings like:

Tues or Friday 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm on weekdays or Sat or Sun afternoon or evening.

If you are really keen to experience it one time or another, please let us know your preference so even the future host can cater for it if not in this round. 

You can join with any topic in mind, planning a trip, making a dish, seeking advice, understanding more of SHC etc etc.  

Hope to hear from you ladies soonest say in a week’s time.

    I am good with whatever the majority wants and will absolutely try my best to join although my preference is on either Saturday or Sunday afternoon, say, from 3 to 5 pm.

    I am really feel excited that we have someone new wanting to join and I also really like to try out a weekday evening to see how things goes. Also I can see that most likes weekend afternoon. So here it is, we are going to have both sessions. Feel free to join either one or both and also feel free to slip in at any time, just drop your name in this post.

    So we will have:

    Tues 6th – 8.30pm to 10.30pm
    Sun 11th – 3pm to 5pm

    I’m not sure how I can include this on the main page of this post. Anyone can help me put this up will be great.

    Since most who responded are already on Tues skype, I guess we can skip the Sunday skype.

  8. Thanks all for dialing in yesterday.

    As usual, we started with getting to know skype for the first 30 to 45 mins.

    Then we shared topic on how to stay young and healthy by simply not being lazy, ie. exercise regularly and eating well and drinking lots of cantonese boiled soup. Constance who loves cooking shared with us her receipe of brown cucumber boiled soup.

    We also touched on ideas of activities for SHC, potluck at Botanical Garden, movies (oops brain stuck now) anyway, anyone game and would like to bring these a step forward?

    Last but not least I am very touched by our sweet ladies here for being so concerned and gave me lots of advices when I shared with them my knee problem. Arigatou gozaimasu!

    So much for this round, anyone would like to be the host
    for the next round. Don’t be afraid to try it out, there’s always a first time and everytime you will learn something new without fail.

    Thanks for hosting and do get a bone density check as suggested by Constance and while you are at it, get a million other tests done. Hehehee.

    Anyways, a good start is to take a multi-vitamin supplement daily if you can’t be bothered to pop a ton of supplements, ahem.

    For the Sunday chat, if anyone is still keen can drop your name here, I can still host it but must really be sure you can make it ok? Cos if there are at least four of us and there are topics to discuss and share, then why not?
