Free photography training cum outing at SBG on 10th Aug. 9am

For those SHCians not going overseas during the National Day holiday weekend, there will be a free training on very basic photography in SBG on Monday 10th August at 9 am. You need not have a camera to join in but if you do have a camera, and manual, do bring it along. We will most likely finish at noon and have lunch for those who wish to. Basic Photography Course

Starting a class on Basic Photography (actually intermediate also included) on 9th May Saturday 1-6pm and subsequently on 16th, 23rd, 30th May 4th and 11th July 2009 for a char kway tiow fee of $130.
It will be conducted at Eunosville beside the Eunos MRT, 2hrs theory and 4 hrs practical altogether 6 sessions 36 hrs total.

Photographic outing to Mandai Orchid Garden (MOG)

Anyone interested in a photographic outing to Mandai Orchid Garden this coming Saturday 25th April?
Meet at the entrance at 8.30 am, go in as photographers and pay $1.50 instead of the usual $3.00 for tourists. Then those who wish to can carry on to the zoo.

What can you take photographs of at MOG? Beautiful sunbirds, flowers,
mainly orchids, macros, dragonflies, insects, etc.

This is not a training session, it is an outing. Of course we’ll guide you if necessary.
