  1. Hi Hew Lee,
    Just some feed back.
Notice that this walk similar to photo walk. Yes thanks for the effort. Enjoy that. Most in our group are beginners ie no basic knowledge of photography, Peggy included – (my wife la.)
Your workshop on Web and Blog attract more than your maximum of 20 shows that most are new to this IT stuffs. I have attended your photography event and have found it to be advance for most. Maybe if you would consider another workshop on the “Basic Art of Photography” as most members are shooting family or social pictures. I would gladly assist you on this event. Likewise if you have gathering on photography whereby tips and pointers are exchange, please include me.

  2. Hi Paul, thanks for your feedback. Small Group Gathering is something like the Business Round Table talk. The difference in the two is that the first is what (skills) we can share with fellow members whilst the second is synergy among members to develop or enhance business opportunity.

Regarding your idea of sharing photography skills among members at a lower level, what I am thinking is to conduct a Basic Photography Workshop where you and I can jointly conduct a workshop in Leng Kee CC.

We can take time to work out the details. Come March or April next year maybe suitable time for me as I am committed to a 12-sessions Computer Basics Course with the Library which ends sometime in March next year.

  3. Hi Hew Lee,
Guess I will have to join you for coffee then on 21 Nov to work out details for the said Basic Photography workshop. Johnny and Annie will be there too.
Little upgrade from “S” to “M” size.

  4. Hi Hew Lee,

Thank you again for initiating this afternoon mini gathering. Looks like I am too late to register for the first segment? Nonetheless, I will meet up with all of you later for dinner.

  5. Welcome Paul, Johnny, Anne & Gingko. One of the topics of discussion, as suggested by Paul, is to come up with a simpler course content on Basic Photography to benefit those who just want to take good family or tour photos. This will include knowing your camera and some basic knowledge of taking good quality pictures.

  6. Tea, coffee, pudding and pastries,
Stories vying for time and space
With the three topics of the day,
And all happened in a cozy, Swiss café.

But Time, conscious, apportioned to each, a segment,
So amid much chat and laughter,
The planned topics were covered, information learnt,
All within the space of two hours – an achievement!

    Time, duty over, now unconcerned;
    Hungry bellies to dinner adjourned.

    Thanks, HL. :)
