How to write a Post or start a new thread?

Some of you may be wondering how to initiate a new Post or a new thread?  As a SHC member, you can easily write a Post.  Can be almost any topic, club taboos should be noted.  If you have a thought and just like to share with other members, use the category "Reflections".  Do not repeat a Post.

Post should be categorised, or the Post may not be published.

When a member responds to your Post, you will get an email alert.  Please reply to that member on this forum.  Members who start a Post, and fail to reply those who respond to their Post within 30 days, would be deleted from the club membership.  This ensures the database is kept updated.

Have fun.

  1. Hi everybody, sometimes you may not put any text in the text box, when doing a new Post. Immediate effect, all empty post will be deleted. Post without categories or wrong category will also be deleted.

As a new member, if you find you cannot write a new Post, please check your user profile, and add your first and last name is there. Only valid display names will be accepted. For security reasons, when you log in, the system registers your computer IP address, something that looks like 12.345.342.001.

  2. You may be interested in writing a new Post or comment on this forum; but have not been officially accepted as a member, you may find the system rejects everything you write. Well, the system is kind of funny. Do fill your first and last name in your user profile. This should be the first step to getting yourself heard. Have fun.
