   As what I know the Hotel in Macau are very X, what I suguess is you may arrange to stay at ChooHai or ShenZhen than go by ferry is much cheaper. The Hotel info is Macau are as following:

   1). CrowTowers Macau 5 stars Hotel @US$414 per night
   2). Pousada De Sao Tiago Hotel – 5 stars Hotel @ US$369
   3). Lisboa Hotel Macau – 3 stars @ US$101/=
   4). Emperor Hotel – 3 stars @US$101/=

   One thing 4 sure, u hv nvr been Macau. There is always one thing, very interesting, very rewarding n in the end makes u very rich u can do. Guess wat? U can go picking $$$, monies outside the casino dropped by the happy gamblers after their big winnings.

7. Hi Judy, thanks 4 d info but hor, I dun like d idea of ‘kee choon n low choon’ cos both Eyvonne n my mum’s age cant take these la.. sekali hor, they r ‘ka bo lak’ trouble liao..

   ANee, I cant reli give much info on Macau as d last tx I was there was at least 20yrs ago lor but I do recalled dat there is huge shopping centre sumwhere near Hotel Lisboa and I think they shd be still there lor as it is under Stanley Ho’s investment at dat tx lor.. shd not hv changed so much rite.

   Wei Eyvonne, I run a check n Venetian Macao liao. Wahpiangz, lots of dates oredi being block booked in June/July for Grand Prix leh.. Got 2nd choice hotel bo?

   Jane, Nor, if we are staying at this Venetian Htl, I believed that the tour fare will definitely being expensive liao.. Nyway, I will look ard for tour package b4 concluding lor..

   I had stayed 1 night in Macau last year. You are right both our mum’s age cant take it ‘kee choon n low choon’. travel agent told me another hotel is Casa hotel near Macau ferry.price quite reasonable. you may consider it.

   I do agreed that the idea of kee choon & low choon is quite difficult for old age ppl like our mum, therefore can consider the idea given by Eyvonne #8, look for the reasonable hotel.

    You can go to ChooHai and ShenZhen to shop lah! Lots of things to buy. You will have to buy an extra luggage if you go there. Am sure you won’t find it boring. And lots of food to eat too. But I didn’t know their mother’s like to gamble.

12. Nor, is ok lor.. I dun mind u all hv ur own prg aft all, it supp 2b f&e mah.. but ANee, u sure 1 2 kee choon low choon Zhuhai or Shenzhen just 2 stop there meh..

    Si lor, if any1 nid 2 buy extra luggage, it shd definitely b Nor la.. but Nor, I remembered last yr, ur BKK trip, ur luggage is big enuff liao lar..

    ANee, is not indulge urself in gambling la, just go as eye-opener la.. Nvr been there, so just go n look c look c lor..

    Macau, you can say is a miniature of Las Vegas. now is coming more n more casinos, challenging Las Vegas, in its true colour.

    If you have not been Las Vegas, this is a good experience to sample some of the casinos (by looking) not gambling. Alice and I have been to Las Vegas twice, as I am saying not gambling but enjoying the lights, sounds of jackpots machines, beautiful musical shows, showgirls and most important of all is the sumptuous spread of food in all the hotel casinos, reasonably priced. Even I don’t gamble, I dont mind to go there again, but you must have more $$$$$, as Macau is nearby, only in hundreds $$$$
    can go there, so take advantage as you are with SHCians.

    That’s true, not necessary need to gamble, like Dolly said….look see look see. I have been to Las Vegas & Grand Lisboa; Wynn, but that was many years ago. I think its worth going there again, am sure there were many changes after so many years.

15. Weiwei, Eyvonne, both TigerAir and Jetair is having now leh.. book b4 April 30 n travel by Jun 30’08 got special deal leh due to Mum’s day.. aimai..I m thinkg of Jun27 to Jun 29 lor..

    Run a check on the 2 airline as follows:

    TigerAir: $216.45, Jetstar is $285 lor.. (all taxes inclusive)

    As for htl, cant choose Casa Real cos bo 1-arm bandit m/c leh so my mum beh sai lor.. Next option is Grand Waldo which is near quite to Venetian so we can at least hop in n look2 see2 lor.. sin Venetian is d latest 5* htl lor.. Htl is ard $171 for 2nites lor..

    The huge shopping centre is still there.

    Plenty of seafood too – the fresh ones for instant consumption and the dried ones for bringing home.

    Will think long and hard first, lah. Last been to Macau was more than 10 years ago! Son preparing for ‘O’ level prelim. I know you will say it is just a weekend!

    But I think, if we (Susan, Ah Nee, Dolly, Jane and you) go, we will have so much fun and their poor mothers will be neglected! Or maybe they will join us and be xiao oso.
