Hi Cath,
Good of u 2 organise this trip. However, as a EC, I will assume dat u will be going to this trip also rite? Dolly
Hi Caroline,
I always enjoy this firefly/lobster trip and though it was
1 year ago, the memory was sweet. The firefly density was
at its heavist just after a downpour.
However, just a gentle reminder, it’s monsoon season now
and as you know, several places in Singpaore were flooded
druing heavy rain. The same thing happened to the Desaru
region just a couple of years ago during this year-end
period, and it was on a much bigger scale.
You or the CC may want to take this factor into consideration
when planning the trip.
Have fun.
rgds,
james
Thanks, Dolly. Yes, I’ll be going on this trip. I never miss trips that gives me the chance to see, shop, makan and get to know more people. And James, thanks for the caution. It was upon requests of people I interact with to organise something for the coming long weekend and for the school holidays that I put together the tours. I’ll have to keep my fingers crossed about the weather. It is unpredictable, and I can only keep my fingers crossed and look forward to good weather on that day.
