I fully agree for any meet should have a/ agendas – so that those attending knows / prepares for it – more concrete results can be seen. After the "serious agenda meeting " – then all can let their hair down to enjoy themselves as per normal !
Such first meet must – as suggested have a committee formed – a member as the main co-ordinator ( MCO ) for a particular activity. MCO will invite other members to assist him/her in planning / organising the activity.
Are we allowed as a non-registered club to have such a set-up ??? Someone needs to check on this ! Other than that I am most willing to step forward and be counted on to be one of the committee!

Agreed dat wif agenda 4 mtg is definitely much welcome but if cant, due to venue esp at Hans, I will also b hapi 4 hv a mtg just 4 interaction among members. Cheers..Dolly

On the “committee ” matter – if have to meet in HANS -and we keep our voices down with decent composures – I am sure HANS staff will not show us the door . Look at the youngsters doing their homework and occupying the MacDonalds/ KFC tables till the end of time ! “poh tai chee”
I don’t think we have any “die-die” matters to discuss – so no need to bang the table/s !
Once the main committee is formed – any existing event need confirmation to be carried out – just follow what had been practised now – set a min.number of participants -if it is not met – called it off .
For new events – main committee members vote by show of hands whether ( after discussions ) to be implemented – majority wins – losers be gentlemen enough to take it . If still ” poh song” -then try again after some months down after he / she had canvass for more support !Sure have many “wars ” to fight – but no pain no gain ! Cheers from Fong2.
