  1. Hi Lai,

Seems they are quite a number of people looking into the retirement village concepts. I for one am interested in looking at such villages either in Malacca (being brought up there) and also at Thailand. Maybe they can be 2 such villages or 3, one at Penang, so then people can travel up and down. Email at bswi@yahoo.com Please keep up this forum alive and moving, all those who are interested or have ideas,or experience.

  2. Sorry Mr Lai, the first comment was posted to wrongly to you it was meant for Vincent and Terence Seah about the retirement village concept.

But after reading about you and your free morning exercise, i did managed to struggle to wake up at 6 am one morning for the execise at Cosy bay, and joined in your group without distracting you.

I am not sure if you noticed me, but i left after following the execises for about 20 mins . I felt uncomfortable and felt slight chest pains, not knowing why. I am a very active person and normally to much strenous exercises. So i have a few questions here.

One, is it ok for anyone just to join in your exercises without undergoing some kind of training. Secondly, i am also learning Qi Qong under another Master at Geyland Lor 33, but his style is very slow as compared to your exercise.

Somehow i felt, that may be doing the different styles seems to cause me to feel the pain in my chest, but after running around i felt normal.

Maybe you can tell us more about your style, origination and is it ok to learn or practice both styles ?

    Thanks
