We have a lot of pressure to hold the next SHC gathering, after Chinese New Year. Many ladies are expected to be busy with all the hard work that goes into preparing for the festive occasion.
We have brought the date to Thursday, Feb 9, 2006. Place will be advised. Patrick Yeo will be the event organiser.
We have a proposal for the Feb 9 meeting at a cafe inside the CBD. Quiet after 6pm, the cafe serves coffee and tea. It is located between Shenton Way and Robinson Road, near the MPH. Good standing room, A good opportunity to meet one another during the Chinese New Year festive season.
We are hoping to use this occasion to know one another, and kick start the SHC Olympics and the SHC Talentime. Be prepared to give your name to Patrick Yeo (Olympics Event Organiser) and Elsie Ho (Talentime Event Organiser).
If you have a good place to recommend, please let me know. We should decide by 20 Jan 2006.
