    Remember me with James Tan last nite at Han’s Cafe? As mentioned, James & me will be there from the 25th April onwards to try out for 15 mins. Even though it is a refresher course for us, if we cannot meet the standard, we will leave after 15 mins as spoken to you. Can you pls keep the trainer informed, if she agreed.

    Are you also in-charge of the 8-9p R&R. We will also go for it.

    I would very much and looking forward joining you for the lesson but due to the commitment for the NDP2008 Line Dance practice session this Friday and also expect to commit another few Fridays to learn the whole set of variation. In conclusion, pls take my name out from the list.

    I’d like to join the class next week onwards, can? But I want to know is are most of them doing 2 sessions – disco rock and square rhumba?

    Dolly, Xiang2, I also waiting for the bus concession card hor. Only thing is concession is for certain time of the day. Also you get good discounts at some eating outlets.

  11. Yeh, Dolly, I love your #22. I also wait long long to enjoy bus c c, discount at NTUC,OPD etc. So gd to be a healthy SC bcos hnah, my grown up babies can take care of themselves, I hve time 4 dancing, makaning and best of all, slot my nama into SHC.

  13. Well, I hate to accept the fact that I’m in the Senior Citizen Category too.

    Senior Citizen is just a description, it doesn’t stop me from dancing (only that I’m less agile). In fact, being classified as SC enjoy privileges, why not.

    The class take in younger students too. Its multi racial. Ms Maggie Ho is very friendly, she welcomes all dance enthusiast.

    I supposed it okay provided you could accept missing some classes.

    Oi cheng, thot you made a comment somewhere but couldn’t find it. These dance class are organised by the Clementi cc and not for SHC member only.

    Thanks Xiang xiang for letting us know that these classes are meant for senior citizen like us though I hate to admit that I am one!

    very tempted to join. The fee is cheap. I supposed this fee is for ‘pple like us. There is another class by Irene, at a different price. Seriously I don’t mind going for Square Rumba and Rock n Rock but I will not be able to join tomorrow but on the 18th onwards, ok? If yes, pls count me in.

  17. Occasionally, Ms Maggie will bring her students to SPGG Disco Rock, SAFRA, etc. She usually holds Social Dance/Line Dance jam at Bt Timah CC.

    Ms Maggie Ho was approached by the Clementi Community Club to teach Senior Citizens at a lower rate. Thus the rate remains till today (only at Clementi CC).

    I supp it is that price cos it is only 1hr session stated in the post. Maybe for 2hr session, it would be at least $65-70 lor, rite, Dan?

    Actually I reli wander 1hr session enuf anot but den for dat price, we shd not complain much lor..

    Damn cheap. Even thought I have taken lesson before, very tempted to go but I do have musicality lesson on till next week. Can I join on the 18th onwards for this course as well as the Square Rumba. Any partner for me, haha.

    Why is the fee so cheap? I tot, the norm is also above $70. Is it Maggie, who is conducting is from SHClub? This why is so cheap?
