Here are 3 Options short-listed from a total of 7 quotations received todate.  Take a look then cast your vote.  The EO Team reserves the right to final decision.

Once the package is chosen, the Treasurer’s Account No. and closing date for payment will be announced.  By closing date, those who have not paid, their place will be given to those on the Wait-List.  So, please stay tuned.  If you do not want to miss the boat, please make sure you have someone to assist you in this regard.  I will also be collecting passport particulars simultaneously with payment.    Thereafter, we will do the room allocation.  You can then let me know who you want to room with.  Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from date of departure.  Once payment and particulars are submitted to the Travel Agent, the EO Team will not be responsible for any refund or changes to pax particulars should you decide to back out.  Thank you for your patience and let’s look forward to a fun-filled weekend!     The website is mis-behaving again. I’ve spent 3 hours editing my post, even tried re-writing a new post – but nothing comes out here or in the old post. Terence is checking the problem. Once he get it sorted out, I follow-up the editing. Meanwhile, here’s the excerpt of my post.

    Can elaborate more about the cruise …. is it the ‘gambling ship’ singaporean used to go?

    Option A – a relax free & easy holiday.
    Option B – same like going for my office Retreat, can be very FUN leh……
    Option C – more like a day cruise on board, but what are we doing on board, spending time at the casino? hmmmmmm… I don’t prefer.

    My choice, I take Option A. :)

    I think that we may be spending a lot of time on checking in and checking out, if we take the cruise option. Why you give us headache to choice. I will go with the vote, altho I prefer option 1.

  13. HiLo….I am on wait list so high chance of me not being able to join in for the getaway. So I shouldnt be giving my feedback. But then long time no writing anything on the forum. So pls let me kay po kay po say something…:-))

    Full body massage….uh um…really really relaxing and that’s what getaways are abot.
    BBQ dinner at pool side….eat, swim and be merry…this is wonderful (guess the BBQing will be done by hotel staff :-)).
    Team building games…if the games coordinator is experienced and effective, there will definitely be lots of laughter n fun.
    Leisure World ship…I enjoy gambling in MR as my gambling “capital” is very small. So what do I do on the tiny ship once my S$50 is eaten up by the jackpots??…that wld be stressful…:-)))

    Ah Nee & Terence pretty much sum up Option C :
    – too much hassle checking in and checking out
    – not much to do on cruise ship if you do not like gambling
    – no cabin allocated so can be tiring with no room to rest or freshen up.

    The name list have been updated with your votes. The rest of you kindly post your choice by Wed 30 Sep, 6pm. No vote means you are ok with whatever others have chosen. We can then finalise the package and I will make the reservation and 50% downpayment to secure the booking.

    I am next on the waiting list. Why is my name not upgraded to the Confirmed Going list? I know you did ask me in your previous post whether 1 or 2 to go but but when I get to see this comment, you have already given the seat to Lilian Teo. So I was thinking since my name was first on the waiting list, I have better choice than the rest.

    I would appreciate if you can put my name on the #40. I am sure James will also have a choice coming nearer to the date.
