Dear SHC members
Please register here if you are interested to join the Laughter exercise, Tuesday, 27 April 8 pm to 9 pm at Geylang Serai CC, lst floor, dance studio. I will be there too.
20 Mins of laughter exercise is equivalent to 2 hour of brisk walking. It helps to improve your immuse system and keep you healthy.
Laugther exercise is every last Tuesday of the month.
Take a MRT train to Paya Lebar MRT. Walk 10 to 15 mins towards Lion City Hotel, you will see Haig Road and walk straight to Geylang Serai CC.

  3. Laughter is good. I read somewhere that besides providing a good workout for the heart, it also serves as a distraction, turns the focus away from anger, guilt, stress and other negative emotions especially when you are down.

    Here’s a video clip which I find it funny and makes me LOL whenever I watch it. It’s a pre laughing exercise for those going for Sylvia’s class…hehe.

  5. Must be fun to watch people huddled in a room to laugh for no rhyme or reason but why 2nite leh? Kid is #1 so got to pick her up first esp when she’s struggling with her 3rd language. See myself as quite useless here……tried teaching her words like toyota, honda, fuoka, kyoto, yamamoto, ajinomoto……. which stringed together, were frowned at by her teacher as confounded nonsense.

    If still can find time thereafter, will drop by to see what this getting-to-be-popular exercise is all about.

  6. Hi thanks everyone. There were total 9 of us who went to participate in the laughter exercise. It was fun, hilarous, laughing and sweating our way. Sam Huat chicken dance and cowboy ha ha ho ho with Lin. Stephen clapping hands and join by alice, sylvia, jesyln, henry. We have great fun. Tim came late to watch in amazement and bewilder by our loud laugther, dancing and chapping our way. See you our in May. Cheers

    Pls be reminded that the 9 May demo is at 930 am for Geylang Serai Town Council day. All to wear red t shirt. Be at the Geylang Serai CC before 830 am if you required transport.
