Hi all.. I’ve booked badminton court at Bt Gombak Stadium this Thursday, 19th April from 10.00am to 11.00am. Although it is nearer to the western side of Singapore, it is conveniently located – just get off Bt Gombak MRT station and it’s there. We may change the week-day timing to Fridays if all are agreeable. Also, the booking fees is S$2.50 for those >60 years old. On-line booking is available at S$3.50 (- but those>60 years can only book via phone and then show proof at the venue for payment). See you..

I shall be at the practice session tomorrow at 10a.m.I went for the medical check-up on Monday morning and my sugar reading has dropped from 7.5 to 7.3 and the polyclinic doctor jokingly chided me that I should aim for a sugar reading below 7 which is the ideal reading for me.Oh my gosh! my doctor is putting a lot of pressure on me.He hopes to monitor a reading below 7 during the next visit.(in 3 months’ time.)I have to please my ambitious poly doctor.Poor me!Cheerio!See you.
