For food hygiene reasons, the restaurant has enforced stringent regulations. All dim sum orders must be consumed on-site, with no leftovers permitted. Any excess wastage exceeding 100g will result in a $20 penalty fee, which is to be borne by the members of the table. Taking home any remaining food is strictly prohibited. Adhering to these guidelines is crucial for upholding hygiene standards and preserving the quality of their cuisine. Being mindful of portion sizes can help prevent unnecessary penalties.

The schedule for the gathering is as follows:
2:00pm – Registration
2:30pm – Dine and mingling
4:30pm – Chit Chat and Wrap up
5:00pm – End of Gathering

Please ensure to arrive on time for registration, and then enjoy the dining and mingling session. The chit chat and wrap-up period will begin at 4:30pm, followed by the conclusion of the gathering at 5:00pm.

Helmed by Hong Kong Chef Yiu Wah Tai, with over 30 years of experience and a background in renowned establishments crafting authentic Cantonese Dim Sum.

  5. In view of numerous queries over watapps to both Sally and me. Will summarize our replies as below:

    1) The area that we had negotiated is with aircon provided.

    2) Currently, we were told that we need to fulfil at 30paxs to 50paxs get this deal. But they are able increase the paxs should we need to.

    3) All Ordinary members can register to attend but those that do the payment first will be moved ahead as compared to those registered but yet to pay.

      We just wanted to clarify that being registered doesn’t necessarily secure your place – it simply indicates your intent to join us. Your seating is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. As a reminder, the name list will be adjusted accordingly for those who have yet to pay. Ultimately, priority for seating goes to those who have already placed their deposit, following a first come, first served basis.

      Please make your payment as soon as possible so that we can proceed to secure and reserve the entire air-conditioned venue for our event. Your prompt payment will ensure that we can finalize all necessary arrangements in a timely manner. Thank you for your cooperation!

    At our monthly gathering, we encourage free seating meaning there are no assigned seats. Attendees are encouraged to mingle and sit wherever they prefer. If you can gather your own group of 10 people, feel free to do so. However, the organizer won’t be responsible for arranging table seating. Our aim of this approach is to promote socializing and getting to know more members, so sticking with your own group isn’t the purpose of our gatherings. Preferably not to isolate for the rest.

    Currently, 65 members have paid for the event, securing six tables of 10 pax + 5 more. At the moment, we have 10 members registered who have yet to pay a deposit. Please note that only paid members are considered for confirmed seating. Do bear in mind that if there are last-minute paid-up registered members, those who have yet to pay will be put on hold. If you’re planning to attend, please make your payment as soon as possible so we can reserve the entire air-conditioned venue.

Hence, SHC can reserve the entire air-conditioned venue. Please dont try to gate crashed on that day as this will be door closed event as we had reached the maximum quota.

  21. Overall, the event was truly uplifting, fostering a strong sense of community and joy among all who attended. It was a wonderful opportunity for our members to connect and create lasting memories together.
