Taking abt cashing in, of the 111 guests, btwn 22-25 are guys (unsure of the gender for 3 names). In the good old roaring cabaret days, rogeng was very popular and guys had to buy a coupon & exchange it for a danz. The wait cd be quite long as there were abt 6 gals and at least 10 guys waiting – a better than 1:2 ratio.
Here the ratio is 1:4 so if in the 50s & 60s, the coupon was priced at $1.00, with inflation and a more demanding ratio, hehehe, $20 for a danz with us guys is a steal.
Wow lau eh, wu lui tang liao ! Wang banyak, kerja senang. Eee pai yow jeen jang lor.
Wow, what a wonderful way to make money. But pls dont forget the next organisers for subsequent events will include a clause in their event postings, “registered and paid admission is not transferable”.

This morning, we make an exception to accept 2 cancelation and replaced with two SHC members who had registered earlier but was placed in our waiting list. They are Patrick Yeo and Ann Lim.
As D&D is only 2days away from now, we sincerely hope that there will be no more further changes to the current status. Hence as from now (March 22, 6.57pm), we will not accept any more request and no refund will be given if any members failed attend the D&D nite.
Every kind understanding would be much appreciated.

Dolly help. Its the eleventh hour to the D&D and I still cannot make up my mind on what to wear. Should I wear my skirt, dress pants… aiyah so flustered. Want to look pretty but want to be comfortable too. So difficult. Wear my boots or my stilletos. So looking forward to meeting everybody. :D

At home I also climb ladder to change light bulbs so quite used to par shang par xia. This is my first time taking part in any event. Want to go for walk at Nature’s Reserve, fell asleep. Want to go cycling, something urgent came up so this time die die also must go and meet everyone. Will try to go as early as possible. C U there :D
To all attending this D & D – enjoy yourselves. Newbies – you will enjoy the company of the (oldies). They are fun loving and warm. You will soon settle in very comfortably. Have to miss the fun so all you guys there, enjoy on my behalf.
