  4. Dear All #1 – 8,

Thank you for registering, let’s take a stroll down this beautiful park.

Hi Alice #2, welcome to SHC:-)
This walk is relatively easy, do approach any one of us at the meeting point. For easy identification, i’ll be wearing a cap this Saturday.

I’ve added some names for those informing me of their participation too.

Hi Hamidah #7, glad to note that you’re into walking as well, see you :)

    Cheers,
    JoyceT

  5. I had said last walk last year, “Looking forward to the next walk”.

Anna #28, please get your friend to register on SHC forum, we welcome everyone to the walk.

Just a note about vege meal, we can order all kind of foods from their menu including rice; noodles; main dish; side dish; snacks & drinks etc. They have finger food for sale too.

    Cheers, JoyceT

  7. Hi Joyce and Charles

I have not been joining the walk for many many months and have lost touch with you fellow SHCians.

Please register me for this walk and for the vegetarian dinner.

One word of caution, I will still be walking very slowly and will need to use all the washrooms along the way.

    Thanks.

  8. Hi Joyce

  9. Dear Participants #36-54, registration updated, thanks much.

Hi Lucy #53, my apologies… mistake corrected ;)

Hi King Seng #54, no worries, we’ll have someone accompany you while the rest proceed to the restaurant or other eateries IF we need to rush.

Latest info from the Vege Kitchen – their popular dish is Rojak and this Saturday’s special (besides their normal dishes) is Nasi lemak.

    C u soon

  10. Hi Aileen #55,

As this is an EO event, only SHC members can participate. We have no registration received from your mum and sis. As a member of SHC, please ensure only registered members participate in its events.

  11. Hi folks — WHEN walking along the waterway, take note of the beautiful lighting on the metal railings and shrubs. They are from thousands of LEDs (light emitting diodes) and are very bright and colourful. More spectacular when the sun has set.

  12. Hi Joyce,

I am sorry, due to some timing issue, will not be able to join the walk this afternoon.

    Christina CL Chan,
If convenience, can give me a call.

    Thks n regards,
C u all another time, enjoy your walk
    Lilian

  13. Hi Hi folks,

It’s hot out there, please remember your shade/sun block and water.

Margaret, Richard & Lilian, thanks your update, we’ll see you next time.

    Cheers, JoyceT

  14. To all EOs,

Thank you for organising the walk @Punggol Waterway. Today weather was a little too humid for all of us but nevertheless, we did finished our journey with some “sweat” but enjoyed ourselves chit chatting away with old and new members whom we have not met last year. The breezy wind do help cool some of us walking through the whole journey and as usual without fail a Group Photo was a must for our every Monthly Walk.

Thank you all members who take their times to gather together to take the Group Photo. See you all again in the next walk.

  15. Dear EOs
Thank you for organising the walk and to all those who have assisted me throughout the way.
For the photographers who wish to share the images they have taken, please email them to me.
I will upload to our website so that we can all enjoy.

    Cheers
    King Seng
