This year, the mood is good because people feel good. Maybe, the right word is Singaporeans are feeling "better". Next year, our economists are reporting a drop in GDP to 5. something percent. Hope that the days of the Asian financial crisis are behind us; and that SilverHairs can get jobs, and that inflation stays low.
For many SilverHairs, it is still a challenge in today’s world. Perhaps, we should look at the positive side of our lives, and take this year-end occasion to celebrate the year-end, and also the incoming 2011.

Weather update for HK: light rain now and the temperature will drop to 10 degrees by tomorrow (Thursday) and probably 8 degrees on Friday.
