Bachata and Social Cha Cha starts on June 5, 2009

Dear dancers and all keen to join in the fun!emoticon

Our classes on  Rock and Roll and Latin Rumba shall end soon, look out for the new dance class schedule.

CLEMENTI CC  (Clementi Avenue 4, 8 minutes from Clementi MRT)

Tuesday   :  2.6.09 – Line Dance (Elementary)7.00pm to 8.00pm
                  course fee  $32.00 for 8 lesson (1 hr..per lesson)
 
Friday      ;  5.6.09 – Bachata (Elementary)  7.30 to 8.30pm
                  course fee : S$35.00 for 8 lesson (1 hr. per lesson)
                 
                  5.6.09 – Social Cha Cha (Elementary) 8.30pm to 9.30pm
                  course fee : S$32.00 for 8 lesson (1 hr. per lesson)
 
Saturday :  23.5.09 – Salsa (Elementary) 3.00pm to 4pm
                 course fee  : $35.00 for 8 lesson (1 hr. per lesson)

It never to old to start learning, come and loosen your joints and sockets!emoticon

    The only other dance class I know is at Aljunied CC In Hougang Ave I where some of the SHC members are attending.

    I will check on the type of dance class and revert here!

    Next Tues, 1st lesson on Bachata (6 lessons in all) and then it will be another new session after that. Currently there are a group of 8 very young china scholars from NTU and another group of about 10 oldies like me in the class, so its rather overcrowed. Lydia, if you are interested, I suggest you join us next round; not sure what Maggie is teaching though. And all this is happening at Aljunied CC in Hougang Avenue 1. :)

    Thanks for the info. I’ve some info to share too. The instructor is starting a new class in Samba, on Monday nights @ Tampines. If anyone is interested to learn Samba, pls contact me. He is a very experienced & good Latin dance teacher.

    Wow, what a hapopening it gonna be.

    Oldies (if I may venture, ah sors) trying to over-crow young scholars. I can imagine all residents long Hougnag Av 1 shuttering their windows and raising white flags ahead of the onslaught of a cacophony of crowing. Even agent &^$^%&^008’s HK ducks will run amok and together with Sengh, somersault around the CC till their mouths foam and eyes all roll up.

    Sorry to borrow this post as I couldn’t find where the appropriate post has gone to even when I started to “hunt” for it.

    I lately heard from others that one of our SHC members is organising MOUNTAIN CLIMBING to Mt. Kinabalu .

    Has it been CONFIRMED ??? Date n Time ????

    I am interested in this activity.
    As the song goes, its NOW or NEVER.
