What is your pet theory and solution?
Research three possible theories.
– Theory one: summer-kill syndrome. When the rains pelted incessantly
for 2 days, the water in the pond got thoroughly mixed up. Bottom
layers of water with very little oxygen combined with the oxygen-rich
top layers. This resulted in pond water with insufficient oxygen to
sustain aquatic life.
– Theory two: Ammonia poisoning with high PH-levels. Some of the dead
fishes were observed to be reddish on the body. When pond water was
measured, the PH-level appeared to be around 8 or 9. Under such
conditions, ammonia forms easily. The fishes were being poisoned by
ammonia. Their organs were damaged and they soon die.
– Theory three: Nitrogen cycle. The mass fish deaths occurred about
one to two weeks after I released them into the pond. It also happened
to rain heavily on 2 consecutive days. The theory goes that the nitrate
level in the pond has yet to reach steady-state. So the fishes died of
nitrate poisoning.

Almost daily reminders of dengue hotspots in St 34 Bt Batok surrounds. So an authoritative affirmation that mosquitoes, particularly the female aedes, dont fly? Even foreign talents know where to migrate. Deserves another haha.

Why pay $10 m for a 5,000 sq ft Sentosa lease property and get yourself enslaved with debt. When you can pitch a portable camp on hundreds of miles of unspoiled, virgin beach and call it home. Do you need a job when you can fish and grow wild vegetables for food. Do you need a posting address and a mailbox when you can have free email.
Don’t ask the green sky. Asking starts at home. And when you start asking, you may find answers unecessary. The question is the answer.

Life is about finding hard not easy. If it is so easy to find a cfo or running a recruitment/re-education agency then where is the fun.
One need not be cerebral to succeed. One needs to be lucky. And just smart enough to know when to run your winners. For every dog still has his day.
Which brings us to the luckless jockey. 5 more mins on the saddle and his life could have changed for the better.
Likewise live every min like its your last. Its better to have lived and lost, than never to have lived at all. Don’t quit on life if you don’t want life to quit on you.
Ok, KT, when you’re all ready to look for that elusive cfo, I’ll go with you to comb the Geylang lanes for dogs & alleys for cats who will then lead us to their owners who must, amongst them, be someone qualified or otherwise suited as a cfo, nvm if the goblins come a calling in droves, reading the abbrev to mean come for orgasm.
That way, we both get to fulfill one of our remaining wishes viz. “If it is so easy to find (or do) then where is the fun?”
