SHC monthly gathering, Thurs 18 Mar 2010

I guess some of you are missing the monthly gathering.  So, I have set Wed 17 March 2010 Thurs 18 March 2010 as the date for the next gathering.  The place is likely to be at Hans Cafe, Great Eastern building.  Time: 4pm to 9pm.  No entrance charge, but you can pick up any beverage or food at the counter.

What I would suggest is that groups wishing to meet for different events or activities can do so on the same date and time and place.

If you have a name tag, please bring it along.  If not, you can use one of the sticky labels provided when you register.

Please keep this date in your diary.  I shall come back with more details at a later date.

    Elsewhere, Dan-H shares his lesson in “Insects” : “You got the wrong drift, my quota is from without and not within the family”.

    Absolutely. It’s terrible for anyone to look for insects within the home amd family so as to enter……….into a commitment and whatnot. Outside of the home, every insect looks alluring, enticing and these insects dont give 2 hoots to human-set moral values……shoot shoot and it’s all too good. Scandal is esy to handle.

    You also said that this forum “has been quite quiet lately and lack vibrancy and I just thought a little ’scandal’ would liven up the post!”

    Since the jumping jacks have retreated – they had been quite prominent with their somersaults and simmering assaults earlier this Year – to do breakfasts for their hubbies again instead of abdicating it to the neighbours wives, it has been quiet. Except maybe in the Reunion Dinner thread where lap-sitting will reunite unlimiteed everybody like we applaud the unity at Manchester united.

    Btw, if you still hv those comics – even 1 will do – pass them to me……..my daughter doesnt know how thsey look like or who these heroes are.

  15. For those who like to do the pong chak chak at this meeting, i suppose they can. Ping ping pong pong – hit, beat, kick, head-butt, slam – all the chairs – hit, beat, head-butt…………they bruised, the chairs charred.

    For the rest who dont pong, esp the guys, we can do the ping pong chat first followed by a ping pong check. We will therefore discuss who has ping pongs, who has melons, papayas and, uniques as it is, angmo lew lians. Then, we proceed to check. It shd be fun.

  40. Yes, Ivan-L, if you like fellow SHCians enough then you shd find time to meet up at money gettherings, woks-free walks, prances even if you dont do it right as a dance.

    Life is so fragile and anyone can passs on without knowing when his time is up. Although I am still very much a free-thinker with a liking for Guang Yin’s mantras, I am also guided by 2 Timothy 4 lately and in what I see as instructive, it says “I fought a good fight, I have completed the race. I kept the faith”.

  50. Richie-K, balut is an interesting game but it also gets one excited easily to luan luan lut and when that happens, the mouth starts to luan luan hoot and the butt, luan luan pood and so no mood for food. When Han’s business isnt so very good they might give us the boot.

    Maybe, you wanna consideer inviting balut’s better friend instead – the baluku? I am sure, more will gather around you and if they dont get any baluku from you, they might give you one………….

    How do people come about? It’s from people making people. So unless there’ll be only one, or more than 1 but all of the same gender, there will be more people from short people making shorter people in due course. So, any Thursday gathering shdnt be a problem in future.

    Start moving around and that’s also an affirmative yes. After as many rounds as you like, you cant be worse than back to where you first started before going round and round.

    Guys, do remember, you are Irene for the evening. Even if Pooja asks you for your name at the urinal, say “I m Irene doing the urine” He wont chase you out of the MALE.

    Finally, if guys are nuts then gals must be bolts. Nuts and bolts fit nicely; one enters, the other tightens and they fit. But dont leave Hans like that hor……
