    I have personally gone thru working for Multinational corporations till 50 years of age.

    Not too long ago ventured into partnership biz but it did not turn up well.

    Therefore, decided to go it all alone.

    I would like to share my personal experience with fellow silverhairs who wish to or comtemplating striking it out in the deep blue sea.

    The winning formula is to be a boss when the economy is developing and to be an employee when the economy has saturated.
